We've had a lot of Papa John's pizza in the past, and I happened to be visiting a buddy the other night. Not only was it fast,... this is easily the best Papa John's Pizza I've ever had, and it's not close. Our location near us consistently serves dry,overdone pizza. This location's pizza is fresh, full of toppings and sauce, and the customer service at pickup was terrific. Mybuddy and his family are lucky to have this location nearby. Read more

I placed an order on the mobile app at 5:09 PM on a Wednesday afternoon. I called around 6:10 PM to see where my pizza was and... they said it should probably be on the way. At 6:33 PM the Pizza had not arrived. Will it ever arrive? It shouldn't take thislong on a Wednesday afternoon. Read more

I placed an order that was almost $100 two days in advance. I even called the manager to double check and make sure everything... would be ok. Today (the day of my order), the pizza didn't arrive the time it was supposed to. I was on hold for over 15 minutesbefore someone finally picked up and told me the pizza would be arriving 30 minutes later than it needs to. I understand youmight get busy, but when you know your order from 2 days in advance, you should be prepared. Read more
