Pizza was fresh, delivery was fast. The store is open
I have had nothing but bad experiences for delivery from the location on 10th street so I changed to pickup an order at this... location. Order was ready on time. Order was hot and tasty. The only challenge was that I was paying with cash and I sat therefor almost 5 minutes while 3 different people came up that could not open the register to take my payment. They finally foundthe manager who was able to push something on screen so the first lady I talked to could take my money. If it wasn't for thisabsurd inconvenience I would have given them 5 stars. More than a review for this particular store, some feedback for the chain: 1) Makes no sense to me that my pizza is close to an... hour late and I?m not able to get a refund, discount, coupon - anything. Paying full price, and still have to tip the poordelivery guy who?s probably been back and forth nonstop due to high demand, for food I ordered over an hour ago. 2) Also makesno sense that the online ETA doesn?t update when the pizza?s been delayed. Our original ETA was 42 mins and while the pizza hadbeen obviously delayed (stayed in the preparing stage for the first hour and 15), there was no communication towards thecustomer regarding this delay - not even a quick, apologetic message. Or even the option to pick up our pizza ourselves for asmaller price? Would be an easy win win. Read more
The person taking orders was very nice and a pleasure ro speak with, delivery was amazingly prompt on a dark and stormy Saturday... night. These guys got it going on! Thank you Papa Johns! Read more
I ordered here earlier this month and they forgot my drink and driver said, ?if I come back this way I?ll bring it with me?... I... ordered again tonight and I was quoted 30 minutes for my delivery. It took over an hour. When I called the store they asked,?did nobody call you?? No I wasn?t called... if I was do you think I?d be calling you? When it did finally arrive it was likewarm and just sucked. I choose papa johns over every other pizza delivery service because normally it?s great, but this storehas been one terrible experience after another. I?m done trying with this store. Read more
If I could give it a 0 I would!!!! My pizza was scheduled to arrive at 3:30, I ordered it at 2:05. It's Friday so OK, an hour... and a half for a pizza pretty standard for a Friday NIGHT not at 2:05 in the afternoon! Anyway, the pizza got here at 4:36, anhour late!!!! Pizza, NOT what I ordered and of course ICE COLD! Called the store to let them know....attitude and excusesstarted immediately! "I just got here so I don't know anything" excuse. I asked for the number for the owner, put on hold for10 minutes only to be told that it is a corporate store and that is who I should be calling. I cannot believe that corporatehasn't read these reviews and sent someone over there to find out why the have a 2.7 rating with the complaint always being thesame......pizza arrived late and cold! Very understaffed. Have placed a delivery order multiple (separate) times and have been told that due to to only one delivery... person, my delivery will take 2.5-3 hours. Order from this place if you want to wait 3 hours. Read more
