There was only one yes just 1 employee and he was rockin it! He was making pizzas, waiting on customers, busting his a$$. And... he was on top of it. No one waited for more than a minute of two. He was nice polite and had a great attitude. No complaining- he was just getting it done. Read more
Ridiculous. Ordered on app. Didn't come so called store. Told "doordash picked it up then cancelled your order". Huh??? Told by... store employee they would redo the order and send STAT. Never came. Done with this store- so many complaints from so many peoplein the neighborhood. Do better- no excuses. Read more
I ordered from this store, gave all my info. Said 1/2 hour. 1 1/2 hours later no delivery. No record of my order. No one wants... to answer the phone after trying for half hour. Now it?s too late to order any food to my hotel and I?m going without dinner.Thanks alit papa johns. Read more
Horrible customer service. I use to grab pizza from this place every weekend and the employees were always great. The last 3-4... visits have been filled with employees with bad attitudes who doesn?t pay attention to details. Takes the too long to actuallyaddress a customer who enters the establishment even with 4-5 employees in the building. Read more
This location routinely gets orders wrong and does not answer the phone. We order clean cut no cheese due to allergies which is... an option they provide online. About half the time It comes with cheese. They never answer the phone or do anything to make itright. Can?t even refund the one pie they get wrong. Read more
Don't even bother! I wish I read the reviews before ordering pizza from this Papa Johns location. Pizza took 2 hours to be... delivered, was cold, dry (very little sauce), undercooked, and absolutely tasteless. The only plus was that I did get a courtesycall and the gentleman was very apologetic. They don't do refunds and offered a replacement pizza...No thanks! Read more
My Pizza has been "on the way" for two months now. They used to be good, now I cant get a pizza here to save my life! Ordered a... pizza that was supposed to take 55 minutes, called after the tracker showed them still baking after 50 minutes, the woman saidthat the driver was 8 minutes away from me. Called back 20 minutes later and asked for the manager, in which he says "he'sleaving out with your pizza right now" (what??) So canceled Second time, simple meats pizza and wings, still baking after anhour, but as soon as I call to cancel, its "been on the way" I don't know what y'all are doing in there, but clearly you're notworking. Ordered on Doordash and got the confirmation text. Dasher calls me from the restaurant 40 min later and said they told her I had... called to cancel my order, which was a complete lie. So I had a house full of hungry guests and no pizza. My husband scrambledfor a backup plan. I don't know how they can call themselves a reputable business with these types of practices.
