Literally the worst location I have been to. I walked in and was completely ignored by the worker in the front, someone else... from the back had to come out and greet me. Very undercooked pizza, took them an hour to even make it and then told me when Igot there they told me they have to remake everything so I waited even longer. I have also ordered delivery from them before andit took them 2 hours to deliver. I know it's not a regular pizza joint so I never expect the pizza to be amazing but I don'twant it to be raw pizza either. We had to cook ours in the oven. Honestly get a pizza from Kroger or go to a local pizza spot.It would be better then this. I learned my lesson the second time ordering from them. I thought picking it up would be betterthen delivery the second time around. Never again. Read more

My orders have always been correct via the online process. The staff is always super friendly when I go for pick up. I have... thoroughly enjoyed every pizza that I've eaten from this location. Thanks for the great service! Read more

The struggle is real. I have a love/hate relationship with Papa Johns. This day, I hated them. Messed up my order. We ordered 2... pizzas. We got a 1 pizza and a pasta. I will take some blame. I didn't check the boxes. It was late. Been waiting over a hourfor my food. The labels read correctly. I trusted it. I should not have. 1 pizza is NOT going to feed 2 teenagers. They was notmessing with that pasta. Papa Johns gots to do better. Me too! Checking boxes from now on. Read more

Whoever owns this franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. They have a single employee working during peak order... time on a weekday night. In what world does that make sense? The poor employee is doing the best they can but this is crueltreatment for them and their customers. The franchise owners should be down here alongside with their employee making pizzas. Iprobably will never come again. It?s been 1.5 hours and my carry out pizza still isn?t ready. Let me find a corporate number toreport them because I just know only having 1 employee has to violate brand standards. If you can?t properly staff - you shouldnot be open. Plain and simple. People work too hard and make too little to be wasting money on really late, delivered cold, and hard pizza that's overpriced to... begin with with delivery fees and such. Please, if you can, until this place changes and gets better order here at your ownrisk. Read more

My fiancee order pizza 2 hours ago and we have not gotten our food yet. The staff upon placing the order told her 55-65... minutes. She calls back after that time that was given they then told her they had to get doordash to pick it upand said itwould be another 10 minutes. After that she call the store back after the time is up then they tell her that the original timegiven was wrong and that it would actually be 1-2hours. The person on the phone was curt to the point of rude, not even makinga half-hearted attempt at an apology. Neither my fiancee nor I will EVER waste our money on this joke of a store again. Isuggest, folks, you do the same. Edit: the pizza is cold and poorly made. Read more

The pizza seemed to have been prepared in a rush, however that was expected as this is one of the busiest pizza eating nights of... the year Super bowl Sunday. The garlic sauce was squished in the box and had leaked. My only other complaint is that thislocation does not offer curbside pickup. And for person like myself that is mildly handi-capable the need to walk 75 ft from theclosest parking space to the front counter is a bit difficult. When I attempted to park close to the pickup window I was askedto move by a representative after I had already exited my vehicle and was at the door. They did oblige me this one time and giveme my order without my having to move. Unfortunately ,for this reason I probably will not be ordering carry-out from thislocation again anytime soon. Read more
