I went to the closet store to order in person. The turn around time and service was good. In the past I have placed 2 separate... orders over the phone. Each time the agent took my order, my payment, and time frame only to find out that my food that I paidfor was not going to be delivered. Then I had to call the store for a refund, bc the agent couldn't confirm or process thereturn. Read more
Always have a delivery issue with this spot. Tonight waited 3 hours for them to cancel the order and never deliver. Has happened... before as well. Just that type of location. Try another pizza spot. Read more
Pizza was, well what I expected (okay pizza from a chain, we all know what we're getting into when we order from the John, or... dominos). But what I didn't expect from an established chain was leaving off items from my order. Didn't get any of the saucecups I ordered and didn't put garlic Parm crust on my 'za like I ordered. Ordered a large pizza and cookie? First, who puts icing on cookies? I?ve never ordered a cookie and had it delivered with... icing??? Didn?t eat it! Second, the delivery driver had four kids in the car and they were holding my items and I?m pretty surethey tried to peak in the boxes cuz the sticker securing the box closed, was all messed up?smh Terrible service! I placed an order online - worst experience ever! I set it for pickup 2 hours ahead of time and paid for it in advance. When I... got there to pick it up, several people were waiting for orders and the staff was making pizza - completely ignoring thecustomers that were there to pickup their orders. A couple folks left, with one asking if he could cancel his order. Theemployee just said "You can do that...that's on you" He then told me that he was making my order now - which completely defeatsthe purpose and convenience of ordering ahead of time. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't, since I paid for it inadvance!! I eventually got my order - after everyone else - including people who arrived AFTER me - got their orders, and thequality of the food I ordered was terrible, and cold. I had to re-heat it when I got home (less than 5 minutes away) and was adisappointment. Papa John's - y'all got me for $30 - but never again. Between the terrible customer service, and the even moreterrible food quality, I'll do better buying a Digiorno's pizza from the Kroger next door and heating it up at home... Read more
I asked for a large pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. The ratio of sauce to cheese is awful. The cheese is not cooked all... the way through because of the excessive amount of sauce. I called to inform the manager and she told me that, it was my faultthe pizza was presented like this. I was a manager at Papa Johns and despite standard measurements a quality check would havedetermined that the pizza nor the cheese was fully cooked, so the ratios should have been adjusted for it to cook properly.Thepizza is not edible. This is the worst Papa John?s ever. I order a pizza online to be delivered. It stated it was out for delivery never gotten here.... Called the first was told it was on it?s way still never showed called again was yo it said carryout. Spoke to the manager shewas nasty about it. I truly don't understand why nothing has been done about store 1702. Have not received my money yet. Read more
