I went to the closet store to order in person. The turn around time and service was good. In the past I have placed 2 separate... orders over the phone. Each time the agent took my order, my payment, and time frame only to find out that my food that I paidfor was not going to be delivered. Then I had to call the store for a refund, bc the agent couldn't confirm or process thereturn. Read more
Always have a delivery issue with this spot. Tonight waited 3 hours for them to cancel the order and never deliver. Has happened... before as well. Just that type of location. Try another pizza spot. Read more
Pizza was, well what I expected (okay pizza from a chain, we all know what we're getting into when we order from the John, or... dominos). But what I didn't expect from an established chain was leaving off items from my order. Didn't get any of the saucecups I ordered and didn't put garlic Parm crust on my 'za like I ordered. This is the worst Papa John?s ever. I order a pizza online to be delivered. It stated it was out for delivery never gotten here.... Called the first was told it was on it?s way still never showed called again was yo it said carryout. Spoke to the manager shewas nasty about it. I truly don't understand why nothing has been done about store 1702. Have not received my money yet. Read more
