I usually have very good experiences at Panera, but this one is the worst I have been to so far. I decided to wait until I have... ordered multiple times before rating. The place is severely under staffed, it is hard to get any attention, doesn?t look wellcleaned. I have ordered multiple times and every time the order has been incorrect. Really need to focus on quality and makingsure orders are done correctly. Someone should check orders to make sure they are complete and made correctly. One time Iordered a bacon, egg and cheese with tomato on a bagel?. When I got home, it was just egg on a bagel. Everything else I paid forwas missing from it. No idea how it is possible to so consistently get orders wrong. Read more

would have left 0 stars but the manager michael was helpful with a refund. called because our order was messed up. we ordered... three soups only got two, ordered two salads but they literally just made a random salad because they ran out the ingredientsfor the salads that we ordered. called and asked if we could get the right order or a refund and the girl on the phone was notwilling to help at all. she was basically like what do you want me to do about it? like itll take to long to send you anotherorder and you want me to make another soup and salad and send it to you? this was on september 13, 2022 at around 12pm. wasntwilling to help with a refund or even tried to figure soemthing out for us. she then hung up so i had to call back and luckilysomeone else answered the phone and the general manager was able to get a refund back. the food was also old and not the bestquality. I'm only giving this place stars because the workers were actually nice. But this place needs a serious cleaning/sanitizing. I... went there not too long ago and decided to go upstairs to eat. The staircase was so sticky that my flip flop literally got stuckto the stair ??????????? then I went upstairs, sat down and realized that gnats are also patrons here and I had to fan my foodevery few seconds. Eventually I went downstairs to see if it was any better and unfortunately a gnat got in my drink ???? idkhow things are there now but I was really disappointed Read more

Breakfast experience extremely slow, and exactly zero ?customer service?. They will not take your order, you must put it in the... kiosk. I ordered a muffin and a coffee. Have to make the coffee myself. Then wait 10min for someone to just a) pick up my muffinb) put in bag. They had the audacity to ask for a tip for this. lol The muffin was tasty so that got a star. The staff needs customer service training. They do not greet you, smile, or acknowledge you with a response. If you do not like... working here, then why ruin the lunch of others with your bad attitude? The food was not terrible. Read more

This has got to be the worst run Panera ever! I've attempted to patronize the place 3 times now, and they never disappoint, IN... THE DISAPPOINTMENT DEPARTMENT!!!! They have no system for service, no matter what you order (be it a bagel or something more),you will wait (tons of folk walking around, but no expediting of any kind takes place here). And to top off all thisnon-service are nasty attitudes to boot. Don't know who owns this location, just letting you know that if it's up to me, youwill close. I now patronize Einsteins which has several well run locations nearby.... Read more
