Wow!!!! Here for Braves games for the weekend and found this place online. The food looked amazing online and lived up to the... photos. Jimmy with the cute overalls was our server and he does an excellent job and stays on top of refills and does not leaveyou hanging. The Cheese Quiche was absolutely delish. I would get it again. Everything is huge here so order a small. A largePancake comes out on a pizza pan and the small 7inch pancakes are more like 10inch and cover your whole plate. Would come hereagain. Read more
The food, folks, and atmosphere of this place is great! I had biscuits and gravy and it definitely was what I was looking for.... The Cajun home fries with it were super good too! My one issue, and perhaps just a heads up to other fat folks, is that theyhave "the chairs". The ones that wrap slightly into the sides so you can't sit all the way back in them if your butt is kind ofbig. These chairs are accomodation issues for any folks who don't have a slender body type. There was also plenty of boothseating, so there are other options, but this is just something to be aware of. The food is definitely worth it, and the staffcouldn't have been nicer! Our table ordered the all American breakfast, the stairmaster and both casseroles. Everything was fresh and tasty. Excellent experience. My grandson and I googled pancakes near Cumberland and decided to give it a try. The wait was about 25... minutes but it was well worth it. The service (hostess, wait staff and food expediter) was A+. The food was very well seasonedand so delicious. The variety of menu options were plentiful. The lemonade was served in madon jars and tasted so good...therewere so many folks drinking lemonade (noticed as we exited the restaurant). The pancakes were Huge! The menu was reasonablypriced. We really enjoyed Sunday brunch and will return soon. They even offer to go and pickup service. I noticed so many peoplepicking up take out. This place didn't disappoint. Glad we gave it a try! This was my first visit to the restaurant and I'll definitely be back. The server Jimmy was really amazing and made us feel... special! The steak omlette my husband ordered was really good according to him and he's really picky. I was adventurous enough,thanks to Jimmy and ordered a st Patrick themed pancake ......it was good. I am so happy that I found this place. The food is amazing! The restaurant is very small so depending on the time of day, there... may be a bit of a wait. They give you nice size portions, so you will definitely leave full. My husband had the grits that camefully loaded with all sorts of toppings, I had the vegetable omelet and added turkey to it., and we shared a giant pancake thatwas not about the hype. The biscuits weren't my favorite (hard around the edges). The giant pancake I will definitely pass onnext time also, it was not moist nor hot when they brought it out which is why I couldn't give a complete 5 stars. Delicious gluten-free buttermilk pancakes! And very big ones. I tried to order two but my waiter said no, they were very big.... I'm so glad she warned me because she was right! That one pancake was more than enough. And I added chocolate chips to thepancake. Yummy! The coffee was good and they had half and half not that non-dairy sugar sweetened creamer. The syrup came warm,the butter was nicely whipped. They had other gluten-free options available. Read more
