**VERY STRONG CHLORINE/BLEACH TASTE TO FISH** Came in for lunch with some colleagues. Started off with some hot and sour soup... which was probably not the move at a Sushi spot haha. It was on the sweeter side so I did not particularly enjoy it. No hot andno sour. For my main, I ordered the sashimi platter?The fish had a distinct and VERY strong ?chlorinated? flavor. I thought the order was a mistake- turns out I got the right rolls after all? This started with the ordering experience. There... is no description of the rolls on the door dash menu- so I went off what I thought were normal rolls I get all the time fromother sushi places. I?ve never seen an Alaska roll with two different kinds of fish in it? nor one that didn?t have Avacado? thesalmon skin roll and spider roll looked exactly the same- not tasty. After sending a pic to the place- they told me that theyare correct rolls- but that the package must have been mishandled? I?ve never seen a sushi roll fall completely apart, and lackthe rice packing altogether do to a driver mishandling. That?s a new one. Clearly the rolls were just thrown in the package andwere made with haste. But the customer service person did not want to hear this. He said next time I should go somewhere else:)ok. I will. The food was over all mid (I?m a bit picky) and the restaurant was a medium setting as well. There was a robot serving food... which was pretty cool, we didn?t get the opportunity to be served though. Overall medium experience, but then again, I don?t eatmuch when I?m out with a large group. I don?t know how this place got over 1 star. I ordered on Uber eats. Was charged $4.50 for this ?salad? that amounts to $.50... worth of lettuce. I put a note on the Rangoons to include the red dipping sauce. Instead, they adjusted my order by $3.00 forthis other sauce that no one asked for nor was it used. The lo mein was overcooked and had no vegetables, and they charged $3.00to add this instead of rice. The honey glazed chicken was tiny pieces of chicken with lots of batter. Ambiance ?????? Modest space, minimal design Service ?????? The service is adequate, friendly enough. My reason for only 3... stars is due to the fact that they do a lot of takeout business and unfortunately they prioritize that over anyone inside therestaurant. We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes not because there were a lot of people in the restaurant (only us andanother table in the entire restaurant) it is because they prioritize people that call on the phone for take out over the peoplethat come in and sit down in the restaurant, sadly. Sushi ?????????? At the end of the day this is the only reason why I comeback to this place, the sushi is great quality and properly prepared.
