WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would give it zero stars if I could. I’ll start off by saying worst customer ever! Very rude manager... who was very unaccommodating. ALL SALES ARE FINAL so just know if you don’t enjoy your meal you will still have to pay! I camewith my friends and we order the oysters which was the only good thing. my other friends order Cajun pasta there food came outcold and nasty. I ordered the crawfish étouffée with fried fish and it was very bland and nasty. Upon ordering our food anddrinks we waited for 45mins before the food and drinks came out. When it did we had no silverware and had to wait another 20mins for plastic forks. There is so much I want to say but over all I will never be back here and I would warn you to save yourmoney. This is a great location! Decided to stop in after attending a football game. The food was ok, nothing impressive. I think the... seafood wrap did something to my stomach for 2 days though. The server was attentive. I may try again but a different menu itemof course Read more

So excited to try this place! Visited on a Friday, about noon. Party of two. They refused to seat me until all people were in... attendance. Understandable, IF anyone else was in the restaurant. Appetizers ordered, but oysters would take 40 minutes.Really?Returned 15/20 minutes later to say they had to make a run to get charcoal. So I cancelled the oysters. They were out of3 appetizers and about 4/5 sides. The other appetizer and lunch arrived at same time. Cocktail was $20. Be sure to read fineprint. Economic adjustment fee is not for the waitress. Automatic gratuity, no matter size of party. Food was good. Read more

Went on a Saturday night and it was not crowded. My food was so good. I got the gulf fish and shrimp po boy. The fish and shrimp... were fried perfectly. The bread was soft and crunchy. It was perfect. I would order it again. I will return. I also order thebread pudding, darn it was so good. The restaurant was different then the New Orleans location, but I still loved it. Theservice was pretty good, but the bartender over did it on my drink. It tasted like it did not have alcohol in it so I sent itback to the bar. The bartender fixed my drink by over pouring vodka in it. My drink was really strong. Read more

Where to begin.....OK. I knew after the first 15 min waiting for our table, that we should head back to the car. The place was... clean & nice, awesome vibe. Dj playing Mary J, New Edition, Luther ....& that was red flag ???? one. They were playing theseawesome artists original tracks. If you know N.O. like I know, babbbby, there's a bounce in EVERY SONG! From the oldest to thenewest, to the fastest to the slowest bounce bounce bounce. We had None of that our entire stay. Oh, & we had rooftopreservations, but no rooftop ????????. Once we sat, our waitress took our order 4 times. Red flag ???? 2! Like baby get a pen &pad nobody gon judge you! Smh. The first two times , she just kept forgetting. The third time she came back & told me they hadno seafood bags...????. So I said seafood gumbo & the oysters instead. ????The fourth time was to inform hubby, there were noseafood platter. ????. So he got stuffed salmon instead w/ Mac & jambalaya for the sides, & voodoo rolls. I was concern &suspicious. As a N.O. native, an easier question is What YOU don't put seafood in vs what you put it in? Sooooo, I wonderwhat's in my bowl of gumbo? I asked when she delivered my slushy of unsweetened tea....my bad, long Island. ????. What's in thegumbo? She said sausage, shrimps, crawfish tails, okra'...I was like cool. Redemption maybe? Omg! When that hobbit plate ofgumbo came out, I was like aaarrggg, (in Scooby-Doo voice) ????. Yall that wasn't a bowl or a cup. It was an inch in height andfit in the palm of my hands. What in the wanna be Ramsey is this? I had TWO sausages and rice....THAT WAS IT! I told her totake that back immediately, you bold & full of it to bring that mess to someone table. ????. Time to go! Hubby insisted westay. To wrap it up. They bought out his salmon with seafood pasta, NO SIDES! ???? & I'm sure that was the wrong order????. Thepasta was undercooked ????& nobody can tell me different those voodoo rolls were brought from Walmart & they Read more

Our first time at the Atlanta location. We went on a Saturday afternoon so it wasn’t crowded and we were seated immediately.... The DJ was very good with the music and the ambiance was dark but nice. The food was excellent , well spiced and served at goodtemperature. The only reason they got a 4 star from me is that they were out of ingredients to make some of there common foodlike shrimp creole. That’s on the manager. We look forward to returning soon. Read more

Came in at 2:00 for Sunday brunch. Waited an hour for water only ate chicken and waffles that’s all they brought out. Mind you... they charge us 50$ Per person for my party of 5 with the impression we can have whatever we want of the brunch menu andunlimited mimosas. Idk if they are short staff or what but I am definitely disappointed and will not return or tell me friendsabout this place at all. I’m sorry I had to give one star but the one is New Orleans was not like this one here in Atlanta. This is the absolute worst experience ever. I love to support my own but this makes me not want to at all Read more
