Okay so took advantage of the free burrito on birthday promo when you sign up. I put mobile order in but it wasn?t ready when... I arrived and they didn?t have rice and no salsa. :-( But was able to get extra chicken and queso on the burrito and on theside for chips - complimentary because of it. This place gave me food poisoning. I?m still trying to recover from 2 days ago. I knew I shouldn?t have eaten there. The food... looked old and didn?t taste good at all. But I still ate it and it hasn?t gone well. Definitely never eating Moe?s again. Read more

Food was as good as any other Moe's, but I've never seen someone roll my burrito into a SPHERE before. How am I supposed to eat... a 6" ball of food without spilling it everywhere? Read more

I was visiting from out of state so I stopped at this mall. The food didn?t even look fresh but I tried to give them the benefit... of the doubt. I ignored the signs for me to get out of line. Ended up eating a veggie bowl so guess who woke up at 5 am withfood poisoning. I knew something was off with that place so I should of just stepped out of line. Would rate this place a 5 star but my last visit with my wife was less than up to par. Great customer service today. The person who was make my food was not only very pleasant to talk to, but he kept me entertained... the entire time which was very unexpected but welcomed. You could tell he enjoyed his job very much. Read more

The worst. Limited menu, which I understand, but the nerve to open up with limited meats. I walk up to order and the guy in his... lowest voice says "we only have steak". So low i thought he said we don't have steak, which was great cause I only wantedchicken...However... Steak it was.hard or soft he asked.. Soft, I replied. As he grabbed bags of taco totillas from a shelf.Never once clearing away the clutter or even changing his gloves for sanitation purposes. He slaps the 3 foils papers down andthen throws the shells on the foil. I couldn't help but feel like this guy knew me, due to the way he kept rolling his eyes likeI had wronged him before.
