Worst customer service ever! Tried to place an order online AND in the app multiple times but kept getting error message. Called... to place order over the phone so that we could pick up when ready. Hung up on the first time. Called back, transferred tosomeone other than who answered the call and then rudely told ?you just need to Come in and order it and wait.? We work at thehospital across the street, are on the clock and wanted it to be ready prior to walking over and therefore forfeiting our entirebreak. Will never try to order from here again. i love every Moes besides this one. dirty, slow, and the food is much lower in quality than any of the other Moe?s i?ve been to.... Do not recommend! Read more

I love Moe's. BUT THIS ONE...... People don't seem to realize that a CLEAN environment and POLITENESS from the crew can go a... LONG WAY! So besides the broken bathroom, gnats and flys and slightly rude workers that didn't prepare the food that well. Thefood was still good! Read more

They do not give out as much as I was hoping. Probably half a scoop for the chicken and the vegetables. The woman at the front... was rushing my order, maybe it was because they were busy. However, I may come back again when this Moe's is not as busy. Read more

This is the worst Moe's experience I've ever had. The employee who served us, who I believe was the owner, gave us lots of eye... rolls and attitude because we brought in a homeless man to buy him some food. He was rude and condescending and his bodylanguage was passive-aggressive. Never going here again. Overpriced for the quality of food that they serve. Read more

I order take out for curbside pickup, they stated that once I was here at the restaurant to call and they were going to como... outside . I called and called and called and every time I got the voicemail. Left a voicemail, tried calling multiple timesagain and NOTHING. I visited here last night. First and last time! I walked in to pick up my app order and was promptly accused of trying to steal... food off their table. While I understand where you are and you need to take precautions, to automatically assume someone cominginto your store is a vagrant or a thief. The owner was rude initially and then tried a weak apology as I left. On top of thatthe food wasn't any good! The burritos at Chipotle and Qdoba are much better! I only went there because it's right next door tomy daughter's apartment. Never again and I don't recommend it to anyone! Service sucks and so does the food. Read more

Horrible experience. I walked in and was greeted by a blank stare from a short old man (owner-purple shirt) instead of asking me... how he could help me he started screaming and a woman who walked in the restaurant after I did, I?m assuming she was anemployee? The poor lady in the red top had to come from the back just to help me. To top everything off there was no othercustomers in the restaurant, as I?m walking out of the restaurant he walks out ahead of me and lets the door slam in my facewithout saying a word.
