This is the worst Moe's experience I've ever had. The employee who served us, who I believe was the owner, gave us lots of eye... rolls and attitude because we brought in a homeless man to buy him some food. Worst customer service ever! Tried to place an order online AND in the app multiple times but kept getting error message. Called... to place order over the phone so that we could pick up when ready. Hung up on the first time. Called back, transferred tosomeone other than who answered the call and then rudely told ?you just need to Come in and order it and wait.? We work at thehospital across the street, are on the clock and wanted it to be ready prior to walking over and therefore forfeiting our entirebreak. Will never try to order from here again. Read more
