It?s Moes Monday, the price should be $5.99 for a burrito, but you charge me the regular price. I had a $5 reward I used, but it... took a minute for my code to pop up on my phone, so that?s when the attitude started with the lady that was assisting thecashier. I even asked if this was Moes Monday and she said yes, still got charged the wrong amount. I paid the difference eventhough it was wrong and the cashier simply slammed the money in my hand with a attitude that wasn?t called for. I rarely come tothis location and when I do, it?s usually awesome. Not to mention the meat was very skimpy and could?ve had more than what Ireceived. Worst experience I have ever had at a Moes restaurant. Something needs to be done about this ASAP! Read more
Just horrible. I was attending a event across the street at the omni i came in with my family and friends. The workers at this... location were cusing at each other in Spanish I sent my friends to get a seat; the language was so foul! A few people behindeus left but I had already placed our order. When i went to check out I showed them my app simce I had a $10 reward the lady atthe counter became very upset and yelled at me almost saying why do you show me this? I explaind it was the app and i want toredeem my rewards. She sighed and said they didn't do that and points were no good" She proceeded to toss the queso bowl intothe bag crushing chips and exploding queso when i asked for a nee bag I got a string of cursing in Spanish thrown at me. Should have read the reviews. Got the smallest buritto bowl I have ever had from a Moe's! Almost no meat. Had to keep asking for... more of everything. And none of the usual salsa choices. I won't go there next time. Read more
The food here was very bad quality!! You might actually run the risk of getting food poisoning like some other people have... mentioned. I also asked for water and didn't get any, didn't ask for any chips and got a accidental scoop in the same bag thatmy burrito was in, they overcharged me, and the service was outright mean. Please don't go here! Read more
Edit: got food poisoning. Avoid this place like the plague. Got lunch here while at a Trade Show. I'm an easy customer with an... easy going attitude. I've worked food industry so I don't try to make anyone's job hard. Everyone that was working there had aweird attitude, saying rude comments to themselves in Spanish. The guy that put my Wrong Doug's together kept asking if I gotsomething other than what I just told him. He didn't put salsa in the bag although the cashier said they put it in by default.I'm glad I asked for 2 extra because those extra 2 were the only ones I received. This is the best Moe's - or any quick place to eat - that I've ever been to. The staff and management have to deal with crazy... tourists and people attending conferences nearby who have unrealistic expectations (it's Moe's, not a spa!). I work in the areaand the staff and especially the manager are always so polite, friendly, accommodating and FAST! They even remember what I liketo eat and my preferred meal. I can't imagine how! They have a 98 from the health department, usually a 99 or 100 is typical ofthis place. If you want quality, healthy and FAST delicious TexMex served by friendly staff, ignore all other comments to thecontrary. This place is GREAT! Read more
This place sucks. Every person I ordered food with for this Moe's, including myself, was very dissatisfied. They were EXTREMELY... stingy on all of their ingredients, in every persons order, and they completely left out ingredients in one of my party membersfood. They didn't try at all.The Moe's locations back home in Alabama are better than this one.. and that's sad. Read more
