We were skeptical when when pulled up and the parking lot was bare (on a Friday night). However, we went in anyway against our... better judgment. The waitress informed us that the fryer had already been cleaned and turned off so we wouldn?t be able to getanything fried. Okay ??????????? No problem. We were also informed that they would be closing early because they didn?t haveany customers. First, we ordered margaritas and they were trash! This establishment uses the cheap, premixed Mr. T?s Margaritamix. ???? So, when I informed the waitress , she said ?if you order another drink and don?t like it, we will only take care ofthe FIRST one. Okay???????????. The next problem was when the food came. Subpar at best. NOTHING like the reviews! The majorissue I had was when the older woman who was our waitress brought my son?s food out. He said, ?mommy, where?s the sauce?? So Itold her that we would like to get more sauce because I didn?t see any sauce on his pasta. She then says, ?I can see the sauceand they will charge you for more sauce.? First of all lady, who asked you what you can see?? Second, when a customer is paying,why would you give YOUR OPINION on their food after they?ve already made a complaint? She was very condescending and slick outher mouth from the time we sat down. I guess it was past her bedtime. Overall, OUR EXPERIENCE wasn?t great and the food was a3. We will not be back. Read more

Lovely place!! The ambiance is so cozy and perfect. They have so many options of sauces and pastas that you can mix and match.... The food was all very good and tasted very fresh. Tiramisu was also very good. Read more
How does a restaurant not have enough wine glasses? After ordering a $42 bottle of wine, we were informed that no wine glasses... were available. We ended up with champagne flutes after rejecting the large water glasses as the option offered to us by theserver who was very nice but inexperienced as to what glassware should be presented. The manager on duty at the Buckhead/SandySprings location on 6/27/2022 would do well to figure out how to run a dishwasher. We will no longer be regular customers. Read more
The pasta is good. However, the customer service is not the best. After you order, they never come back to check to see if you... need anything. I always have to ask someone who is not our waiter for a refill, napkins, etc.. Customer Service needs to bebetter. Read more
The service is great here but the food is extremely sub par. At best, it?s a different version of Olive Garden! The pastas... aren?t the best and the sauces definitely taste like they came out of a frozen bag! And the sides of veggies are served deepfried to the point that they don?t look anything like them! Mirko used to be my favorite restaurant since I move to Georgia. The customer service and food used to be great but not anymore.... I decided to give it another try last week but it didn?t meet my expectations. First at all, they don?t accept reservationsaccording to the person on the phone then when we got there we waited for 10 minutes and when they told us that the table wasready, there was a booth available and the lady said that the table was reserved. The whole time we were there, we didn?t seeany body sitting there which was very disappointing. Furthermore, the lights inside the restaurant are too dark and I sawseveral people using their phone to read the menu including myself. Finally, the food. My food was disgusting. It tasted likethey dump the pasta in water instead of a sauce. No taste at all. I didn?t complain because I am not that kind of person wholikes to embarrass the employees. I decided not to support this business anymore. My advice to you is find a better restaurant.There are many Italian restaurants who will appreciate your business better.
