Carolyn was our lunch server today and did an excellent job. She realized we were a rushed group, so she took our order right... away, brought our checks while we were waiting for our food and processed the payment immediately, and brought to-go boxes withthe meals in case we needed to eat and run. The rest of the support staff were very helpful as well. In a time where customerservice can be lacking, Mellow Mushroom's staff continues to be a bright spot. Order was delivered on schedule and packaged well. Large pie was very tasty, temperature hot, crust crispy, cheese blistered,... and toppings were plentiful. The thin crust option held well with the amount of cheese and fresh toppings. The dough used forthe crust was balanced well, flavorful and very delicious. Large greek salad portion was good, the variety of veggies includedwas great. Ceasar dressing was ok and could be improved on flavor with thicker consistency. Overall, very pleased with theorder on quality of food and value pricing for menu items. Glad to have them in the neighborhood. Read more
We would have loved to try the pizza except we got there at 8:40 and was told they could not accept any more customers because... they were closing at 9:00. I guess a party of 15 people for pizza is too much for the business to take. Although there wereabout 4 tables being served with many empty tables, I guess they did enough business for their day. Too bad because this wouldhave been at least a $500 to $1000 of business made. Having been a server for outback steakhouse there were many nights we hadcustomers come in 5 minutes before we closed and we still accepted the business. We had a small party. Ordered a veggie pizza, a Great White pizza, and pretzel bites. The dough is just SO unbelievably thick... and heavy. Cute and local but definitely not the best pizza I've ever eaten. Read more
We had a work lunch party catered for St. Patrick's Day and it was amazing! Delivery was on time, pizza was hot, everything was... perfect! We're looking forward to our next event with Mellow. Dealing with Nick was really great. Read more
Took a friend out to eat. Was kinda late and they were pretty much wrapping things up to close. But they let us dine in when... they could've turned us away. I appreciate them allowing us to sit and enjoy the food. But the brownie was a little hard to cutlol. Couldn't finish eating it ???? Read more
My sister and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott Vinnings for New Years Eve 2021 and was looking for somewhere close by to have a... nice dinner.. We found a very nice Mellow Mushroom restaurant a couple blocks away.. The restaurant was not too crowded and wewere seated as soon as we arrived. The servers were nice and very attentive. Read more
