OMG! If you?re thinking about coming here DON?T DO IT! When we arrived and placed our order on the kiosk there was a young man... yelling, ?Just give me my food!? and a completely awful employee was yelling back at him! Twenty two minutes later I approachedthe counter joining 3 other very frustrated people who had not received their food. The afore mentioned employee said she didn?thave my order and asked for my receipt. I waited 10 more minutes to be told there are no milkshakes. All of us were trying toget other employees to help us. We were ignored! I counted 7 employees behind the counter. (There were more on the line.) Thelack of friendliness, respect, professionalism, and just basic decency was truly stunning. AND, as it turns out, the manager wasactually there! About half the time, the staff outright just doesn?t care. I just left this place at 845pm and waited at the drive thru window... for 15 minutes after someone said ?hold on we?ll be right with you?. This place needs new strong management and probably need topay their people better to lower turnover. They?re probably missing out on mass profits. Read more
Stopped by this morning to get breakfast. Everything thing was good until i asked the girl at the window for sugar and butter.... You would have though I asked her for a kidney.
