Service from drive thru attendant was incredibly rude. One of my employees let her know the order was missing 1 drink and 1... burger for the large order placed (as had ordered for 7 people) she got an attitude and tried to argue that everything was therewhen it was not. I don't know if she was having an off day, but if someone is politely telling you something, there is no needfor an attitude or argument. Read more

Shout out to the morning crew, I?ve never had to wait in line more than a minute and a half THEY ARE FAST! I really appreciate... that because I?m always in a hurry to get to the office and everywhere else ( especially chick fil a ) takes forever?. When I pulled up the McDonald's had closed and locked its doors as well as shut down the drive-thru about 3 hours before closing... with no signs on the door. I had ordered through the app and was just picking up and could not get anyone on the phone to askthem to refund my meal. Very disappointing but it was open the next morning and they were very pleasant but a couple days laterat about 9:00 p.m. I tried to get food again and they were closed. I think there is something wrong with their night shift maybethey don't have enough people working but it is unacceptable so one star. Read more
