I ordered a Big Mac, French fries, Southern sweet tea without ice and a lemon slice, and a large premium hot coffee with cream... and sugar. One of the first item menu learned at McDonald's restaurants is to dress a Big Mac because it is one of the company'sflagship products and signature dishes. Unfortunately, the employees at this location are in desperate need of training. Themanagers dropped the ball. I received a Big Mac that tasted like a Quarter Pounder. There was no crisp shredded lettuce orfinely chopped onions. However, there were a lot of pickles on this sandwich. Not to my likings. My French Fries were dry. TheSouthern sweet tea without ice tasted like weak lemon water with a tinge of tea. And the hot coffee was not sweet and sugar hadto be requested. Disappointing experience! Read more
Wow..this place is horrible. Service is horrible restaurant restrooms are ????. Food was cold. The staff is very rude and... judgemental. Why? I'm not certain however please keep this in mind prior to visit. Read more
Sonia the manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude even though I was being extremely kind to her and yet I was the one... inconvenienced. I kindly asked for a refund because for two consecutive days I didn?t get what I ordered, there weren?t any ofthe fountain drinks working and no ice and they just expected me to deal with it. Instead of getting me a drink from the drivethrough window area they just kept ignoring me and other customers cause it wasn?t just me wanting their drinks. The next day Icame to get breakfast and the same thing happened (in addition to getting me the wrong order) so that?s why I asked for arefund. I?ve seen other customers curse and demand refunds but I don?t do that because I know it?s hard working in the foodservice industry but with more reason as a manager you shouldn?t give your nice customers a hard time. Awful in every way. Store was dirty. We ordered two happy meals. Took nearly 15 mins. The store was out of BBQ sauce and... ketchup. McDonald?s was out of ketchup. Lobby had employees lounging around but not actually doing anything. Order was wrong.Just a mess Read more

Friendly staff. It was my first time using the app and my first McDonald's splurge in 2022. I'll admit the 50¢ double... cheeseburger was calling my name. I ordered an inexpensive meal too, but the promo didn't apply for some reason. No problem,did it a second time. I think I failed to add it to the cart before ordering the meal.
