They WILL take forever to prepare your food, and they WILL mess it up. I?ve been to this location many times due to getting off... work late, and they?ve never once gotten my order correct. It?s almost impressive, honestly. They?ve made messing up orders intoan art form. The staff here can?t get elementary orders for simple fast food correct. There?s not much hope for them in thefuture. Decided it would be a great idea to come to this location to grab a bite after work but it was proven otherwise. Young lady with... the haircut (1st Window Cashier) did an amazing job taking orders but team members in the second window did not follow through.I was very appalled at the sight of one cashier chewing on an entire straw as she checks our food with her bare hands (strawstill in hand). Then when I mentioned the act to the MOD, she tries to justify the actions by stating "This food was not correctso we wanted to check!" Checking an order is understandable, but checking with no gloves and with a straw in hand that you'vehad in your mouth is rather unsanitary. Food was fine, as expected. Order was correct. But the drive thru line, ugh, was a terribly long wait. & not that many cars.... After 15 min, I finally walked inside & was done in 5 min, start to finish. Staff was pleasant enough. Read more
It was bull! I will never ever ever stop at the McDonald's on Thornton rd off the exit ever again! The employees ignore the... customers! Even tho it's their job they don't want 2 take your order, they want you to go to the kiosk even when u say u have amobile order! This was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been 2 and definitely the reason why I will never ever ever spendmy hard earned money at McDonald's again! I own a restaurant and if this was my business, I would have a whole new crew, with anew attitude, that actually likes doing the job they applied for! If you don't want to work in fast food, stop filling out theapplication! Start a business or something but don't make the customers feel uncomfortable about spending our money! I came for a drive thru order. My order was incomplete as I asked for light salt on my fries. They came out salty and the... manager Mohammad immediately starting raising his voice through the drive through saying that he only put a dash of salt. Whenhe brought my new fries out, they were very hard and crunchy. I asked him a question about the fries and he immediately startedSHOUTING and pointing his finger at me that he had made them the way they are supposed to be made. I immediately told him tocalm down as he was being aggresive! He continued to talk to me in this time and walked away. I then asked to speak to anothermanager, Amelia who was very sweet and made sure to help me out. Honestly its not even the fries I care about. Mohammadsattitude was DISGUSTING and very condescending! This McDonald's has gone thru some changes in personnel and of the decor of the store. With the variety of customer from all... walks of life I give them each credit for their patience and tolerance. Overall this store will be around longer than I will. B+ Read more
This place is disgusting and slow. Waited an hour for a burnt chicken patty with old brown lettuce and tomato?s.
This location always has the most ridiculously slow drive through. I've waited over 30 minutes in line with maybe 10-12 cars in... front of me. Employees are often very nice, but sometimes you get one with red eyes who moves very slowly and then the waittimes start to make more sense... Food is your standard McDonalds fare. Go inside or do curbside pickup if you can. Read more
