Slowest Drive Through Ever! Every time use the drive through it takes 15 - 20 minutes and they often make mistakes with my... orders. For example, I ordered Mcdoubles and they gave me double cheese burgers in a Mcdouble wrappers. Read more
First of all their speaker on their drive up was broken, then the lady at the window forgot to hand me back my bank card. Had to... ask her twice. Then when I asked for my receipt, yep that was broke also. Then the chicken pattie tasted like fish, themozzarella sticks tasted like fish. Everything tasted like fish and their attitude also sucked! My brother ordered a burger off of this McDonald?s, and he clearly said ?no onions!? (mind you he?s allergic) and they... technically put the whole bucket of onions in his burger! I ordered a Big Mac with no onions(I am allergic to onions) and I got my burger with a lot of diced onions. When I called to... complain the lady on the phone was rude. She said ?Do not prank call. Don?t like that they don?t have certain all day items that other McDonald?s have. Normally I can always get a sausage and egg... McMuffin, as well as, hash browns all day. The employee in drive-thru was not helpful in assisting me. Nor asking me if therewas something else that I may wish to order. Not sure if this location is a corporate or franchise store because the employeerefused to answer nor did she decide to ask management. I wish their customer service was better. Read more
The customer service here was the worst. The young lady who took my order was very rude and she messed the order up. Not... everyone like nasty cheese on their sandwich. SO INCREDIBLY SLOW.. literally waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes AFTER I already paid plus the food wasn?t good
