Visited this location on Thursday Dec 1st at around 11:25pm. The greeting at the drive through was ?go head? and the greeting at... the window was a blank stare with a cold ?$12.45? (or whatever my total was). When I received my order, trusting the brand, Idrove away without checking my food. I didn?t go far when I realized that the double hamburger with no pickles I ordered hadnothing but cheese and pickles on it and the fries were cardboard cold, so I drove back and asked for my order to be re-made incalm and respectful manner. I was met with nothing but attitude from the staff, no apology. I waited patiently and when the foodwas ready the employee at the window handed me my order and replied to my thank you with an ?mmmhmmm? *eyeroll*? I got some hotfries?. And a burger with no cheese but extra pickles on it. I picked off the pickles because I was so hungry and went about mynight? I know that they close at 12 so I understand why the employees didn?t handle the customer service well or the making ofthe food correctly. This little experience made what had been a rough day a little worse. I was hoping to finally get a win thisday but instead I was met with disappointment. All over a simple burger and fries order. I love McDonalds and I hope theemployees that took care of me that night get better customer service training. Read more

Lady yelled ?what?s with all these happy meals, cook some real food for your kids, they gonna be hungry in an hour. ? Who yells... at people for the food they get? Who talks to customers like that. This place is a constant problem. Every time I thinksomething might have changed, I go back and I am reminded why this place is pointless. Whoever owns this business needs to cleanthe house and spend some time on employee development. Read more

I really don?t understand how can this location be so slow in every step in process. There are not even that many people... waiting, but the drive through line is super slow from taking order to getting food. Owner/Manager need to look what can be doneto improve the efficiency here. Read more

I would invite the owners/managers of this establishment to watch the security cameras on Sunday night 10/9/22 at approximately... 9:30pm. There was literally no one working the drive thru. Cars were lined up into the street with no one taking orders. We gaveup and went INTO the restaurant and there was NO ONE working inside. I don't know if the entire staff was smoking in thebathroom or what. Read more

At menu board in drive thru, The guy misunderstood order and I repeated it. He said ok. I waited for screen to correct it. ... He said he understood the order and to Pull to next window and it would be corrected before I paid. I tried asking was ordercorrected and manager came and typed on register and he said all fixed. I paid and at pick up window the guy was quick to givebag and closed window and shot back to kitchen. I knocked on glass to ask for condiments that were not in bag. Then I droveaway to get almost back to my job site and my order was not correct and not made as I requested. It should have been deluxesandwich and was plain. The two large sprites tasted horrible because it was out of syrup and was only bad tasting carbonwater. Read more

Today, I had a better experience this time then I did the last time. My last trip to this location was very desaterness. The... older Black lady that was in drive trough was very rude. I asked for a large cup of ice water. She refused to give it to me.Staying that it cost. Which I had no problem with paying. I also asked for a lot of ice. She said that the machine only givesyou a certain amount. Which I found that hard to believe. I also ordered a fish sandwich. Which they gave me a cheese burger.I had a Quater pounder as well. Which I ended up throwing away because I was so disappointed with the service. I turned backaround to get my fish sandwich. Well there was a guy telling me that he would fix my order. Only to hear the older employeetell him that it clearly says fish and cheese burger on the menu. I asked her what did she say about me. As if I didn't knowhow to read the menu!!!!! We ordered approximately 15 minutes ago. We were told it would be no more than a 5 minute wait. We got two milkshakes and a fry.... 15 minutes. This isn?t the first time. This McDonald?s is notoriously slow even when it?s not busy. I feel awful for the poorworkers at this understaffed, underpaid restaurant. McDonald?s HQ should have known better than to put a rink-dink store off ofa major interstate. Read more
