I don?t know if it?s always like this or not but my gf and I had the absolute best McDonald?s meal we?ve ever had from this... place. This was like the kind of McDonald?s food that you always dream of getting when you?re craving it, but somehow it neverlives up. It was actual perfection from burger to fries to coke. The worst customer service. The "manager" its a shame. No name tag, nor well.dressed, definitely NOT trainned at all. I've... ordered fries and she slammed an small fries... i dont need anything for free.... i just need to get what i paid for. I think I may have given this McDonald's a review once before but it deserves to get it again. This place is consistently great.... For being in a very busy area they are always speedy. Food is accurate and the staff is pleasant. It's been like that for years.Whoever is running this establishment deserves some praise. It's hard especially in these days to find decent consistent fastfood. The Claremont location never disappoints. Read more

Doors to lobby locked at 8pm even though all instances of hours list lobby open until 11pm. I placed an order through the app... to pick up inside which I couldn't because of the locked lobby. The manager at the drive thru window had an attitude and wasrude so I asked her to refund my order. She said this was impossible. When I asked for the store phone number she told me toget out of her drive thru. I will be contacting higher management and will never give this particular location my businessagain. Looking through the other reviews, it appears management at this location has a history of poor performance. Read more
