Overpricing menu items is what they do. Inaa was charged $17 for two big breakfast and a coffee. The menu stated $4.29 but they... said their computer said something else. Instead of honoring the customers concerns they put up a big unprofessional argument.Won?t be supporting this business again. Read more

A team, I think he is a manager. He is always so rude. He has snapped at me twice on two different occasions. He?s tall black... and flamboyant and I think he had blond hair under his hat. He was working the last window in the drive through today andyelled ?THANK YOU? at me because I did not say think you when I drove off. I did not say anything back. I only spoke whenneeded the last time I encountered him so was so aggressive and aggravated just because I did not understand him, he slammed thewindow and was acting so rude. So when I saw him today I didn?t say anything other than what I needed for my order. Mind youtoday he was yelling at me today ?thank you? but did not offer me a greeting when I pulled up or told me to have a nice day whenI left. He clearly hates his job, and takes it out on your customers. - I usually don?t write reviews because the first timehe did it I forced myself to chop it up to the fact that maybe he was having a bad day, but after today this seem to be hisconsistent behavior at work. The first time he almost bright me to tears cause he was so rude. The first time I encounteredhim he was trying to ask me to open my wallet for Apple Pay. But I didn?t understand him because if you are paying Apple Pay theiPhone pulls up the wallet automatically so I was confused why he would ask me to do it manually and he got so upset and startedtalking to me in a condescending voice then slammed the drive-thru window in my face. It was so bad another team member had tocome to complete the transaction. Today I am leaving a review because someone really needs help this man understand that hisbehavior in a customer service environment is unacceptable. This location told me they can charge whatever price they want to. No matter what the menu board says. I ordered a 20 piece... nugget price was $6.59. They rang up 2 10 piece for $4.59 each. I asked for different sauces just mix it up. Person at thewindow did not understand that statement so I got sweet and sour that's it. Omg will not be another visit here. Read more

I honestly do not understand why people apply and accept a position in customer service then get annoyed plus provide horrible... customer service. If you are not going to listen to your customer then piece of advice, do not work in customer service. All Iasked for was a sundae with caramel and hot fudge with nuts. The manager hands me a sundae with a ton of caramel on it. I statedI?m sorry, this is not what I ordered. Restated what I ordered and the manager says ?I will comp this for you and baby we haveno nuts.? Then slams the window. Comes back hands me sundae that has a little drop of fudge on top. I said can you fix this asit is not what I ordered. He says ?baby this it?. First off, you need to be retrained because you do not address customers asbaby. I?m a grown woman and not your baby. Secondly, if I ordered something and asking you politely to correct it, then make itright. The money is not coming out of your pocket to fix this little sundae. I was told once I got to the drive through order station to ?pull to the window to order? two times. That?s what I was greeted... with, and again once I said ?Hi?? Once I finally got to the window, I was told that they do not take orders from the window.They asked if the person who told me to go do the window did do, and they denied it. They refused to take my order and told meto drive around again during a busy time. I?ve had bad experiences here before(wrong orders etc), but I?m real tired of this. Read more

Friend and I went to the drive thru around 4:30 PM and wanted to pay separately. There was nobody behind us, and we told them at... the speaker before ordering that we had 2 seperate orders. The woman said ?we can only do one order. We?re understaffed.? Like,what? How is paying separately for 2 meals any different from putting 2 meals on one order? Lol. We didn?t even argue. Walked in to a conversation that was highly inappropriate while standing at the counter along with NO ONE AT THE COUNTER. i hear... the manager say well they just gone have to wait? I work in a restaurant certain things a customer was supposed to hear. Andmight I add when someone working the counter they all said well she gone have to wait.
