To be honest I have never felt so uncomfortable and not welcome in my life at any type of food establishment. To start it 8p on... a Sunday and the line is wrapped around the building so I come inside because tune on door states dinner room open till 9p. Iwalk on and the employee with no uniform on and dark shades jumps in surprise to see a customer walking in. He say dinner roomis closed and I asked why because sign says 9/10p? He didn't reply so as there was no uniform employee at the counter I beganusing the order machine. The guy then steps outside to get security. Security approaches me in a very aggressive tone telling methe same thing. When I asked why he simply said they were short staff. So I then said ok and left but first told them theyshould have a sign up and look the door if the dining room is close. First and last visit. I would never spend a dime, nickel orpennie here. Management need to address these issues, but a situation can escalate out of nothing when simple steps can betaken. Read more
When I stated the fries were cold, the cashier said they just came up. Had to get out of the car and go inside to let the... manager feel the fries. When she ( the cashier) had to do was replace them or just pull me over and bring the fries out. Themanager replaced them. But why should have to go through all that, when I'm spending my money. My experience could have been better. I came in on a Sunday evening with my grandchildren. We waited close to an hour before all... of our orders were ready. The kids were able to keep themselves occupied with the play place. The employees there seemed alittle frazzled and unprepared for the dinner rush. My daughter told me that she visited the same McDonald's that morning andhad no issues with getting in and out with her order. The store manager apologized profusely for the long delay while she fixeddrinks and made an attempt to restore some order in a chaotic environment. Terrible experience. From the order being taken with an attitude,then when I get to the payment window the young lady seemed... very bother to be at work and let me know there is no receipts paper. Get to the window to receive food and my burger wasmissing after letting them know I was not given a receipt I then had a small wait and then received the rest of my order. AfterI leave and get home I open the box that is marked with the words "chicken" on it only to have a fish sandwich. Definitely moretraining is needed at the location. Read more
I placed my order @10:24am. They asked me to park. After 15 minutes of waiting I went into the store only to have to wait again.... I asked for a refund and was headed to get my kids something else nearby only to see that the money isn't on my card. So nowI've wasted almost a half hour and we still hungry smh do better with communicating with your customers. We come here at least 3times a week but this has to be the worst experience ever. I came here on 4/14 for my typical large number 7 with a sprite no ice. After sitting in the drive through for way too long, the... woman at the first window took my order and my money without telling me they out of large cups. I didn?t find out they don?thave large cups till I got to the second window where the lady made me pull up to wait on my food. I asked well are you going toget my my money back for the large size since you can?t produce me with the product. I normally come here during the day, i came there tonight and the food was horrible. The fish was cooked too long and very hard.... Straight trash. I know its late at night but that doesnt mean we dont still deserve fresh food Read more
If I could give this store a zero I would. When I walked in I was told to place my order on the kiosk. Gladly; at 10:20 am I had... to walk up to the counter at 10:40 to check on my order which they already mumped off as being made. At least 3 workers passedme standing at the counter and said NOTHING. I had to talk to a employee and give her my receipt in order to fulfill my order.When they forgot my orange juice I requested she ask me was I "sure" that I'm missing one even though I never lifted thecounter.
