I'm standing in line right now and it's maybe 7 employees and it's 5 customers waiting at the register waiting 2 be served! We... are told that there is no one to take orders at the front counter! We have to order at the kiosk! I have a mobile order thathave to be pulled up at a register! These employees are sorry on 2nd and 3rd shift! It makes no sense how this McDonald's alwaysoperates! I'm going 2 Stewart ave from now on! They service way better! Smmfh! Read more

Drive thru is the worst. How does a 24 hour drive thru close before 1100pm the persons taking your order are always very rude.... Please by no means order anything on ubereats etc.. your order will be cold and a atleast an hour past estimated time. Read more

This is the worse McDonald?s. Yesterday I was waiting at curbside pick up for an hour for my Order after someone came out and... spoken with me. Then I come in today for just an ice coffee and have to wait 45 mins for a coffee. This is ridiculous. They needbetter customer service as well. I understand pressure that you?re under when you?re low on staff but the attitude shouldn?t betaken out on the customer (me) when I was very patient and respectful. Read more

Extremely long line for the drive thru and extremely long AND slow line inside. Though the inside was newly renovated and also... had self serve soda machines(the first I?ve seen in a McDonald?s since COVID)the service was still slow. In their defense therewas a guy who had ?hustle? and he eventually opened another register after I stood in line for over ten minutes. I onlypurchased drinks due to my flash back when I ate at this location over the summer and it was the WORST tasting McDonald?s I?vehad in my LIFE. Read more

Avoid this location at all cost. Worst place, please don't go there in morning unless you have 30 mins extra to waste in drive... thru. I ordered just two coffees in drive thru around 8 am and was told to pull forward as coffee is brewing. I waited for 20minute before same lady that told me coffee is brewing came and asked what was my order. I said regular sized coffee and shewith an angry face asked me quote "what's a regular (small, medium or large), be more specific". At that point i realized nopoint asking her for cream etc . She left and after 5 mins another lady came and ask about my order and said quote "Did i orderfood?", i told her only coffee and she repeats again. After that 5 more minutes first lady came back and hand me the coffee andtold me it was sitting there. I left without saying anything after that Read more

Great customer service from Bryan, the store Manager, as well as Ms. Lynne. By far the best McDonald?s I?ve been to in a while!... Soon as I pulled up, my order was being brought to my car hot & ready. Y?all are doing great! Read more

Needed a quick bite to eat so I stopped here; worst decision ever. I ordered using the app but somehow my order was cancelled so... I had to pay at the window. The trainee was very sweet and had to call her manager because she didn't know what happened to myorder & neither did I. The male manager was very rude and nasty. I was trying to ensure I didn't get charged twice for my orderbecause it was cleared in the app but he was demanding payment. Then, I had to go in because my free iced coffee was removedsince my mobile order was cancelled. The employees were using the hand washing sink to prepare orders. A kid's happy meal fellinto the sink, the fries got wet, and they just placed it all back into the happy meal. Everything that was being served wascontaminated. TERRIBLE!
