I've eaten at many other McAlister's for many years. This location is easily the worst of them. The employees are low-class and... clearly hate working there. Food is passable but customer service is trash. They ignored me at the takeout window (at thepick-up time communicated) for 10 minutes despite there being NO other customers anywhere and despite me tapping my car horn. Wecould see them in the kitchen on their phones and laughing like wild hyenas. Is this the level of service that management andcorporate allow?? Get it together yall. First time here. I had the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, soup, and salad. The wait was a bit long to get my food but once it... arrived, everything was cooked and seasoned. It was clean and a host came and wiped down my table once I got up to leave. I?dgo back if I want a soup and sandwich. Read more
Under qualified or just a fluke. Ordered food... $800 worth of catering which was "confirmed" 3 hours before delivery. Then an... hour after the time I called and was put on hold... twice... for 3 min a piece as they talked to the GM. An hour later I wastold they had an issue making the appetizer... not the sandwiches or wraps... the appetizer... so they could deliver as soon as7 hours late. I ordered a drink and in my drink was a dead mosquito and I did not notice until I drank all of my drink. I am honesty... disguisted and feel like throwing up the entire drink. Read more
McAlister?s deli has delicious sandwiches soups and more. I love their sandwiches I love the soups and salads. It?s great to be... able to choose a soup and salad or a sandwich soup vice versa. Great place for lunch. I would definitely not recommend thenachos. Great place as always great service wonderful people. You lost me at the nachos I don?t know why I ordered them. Read more
The soups were flavorful but the country potato was bland and could use more seasoning. The Italian sandwich was amazing! The... soups were warm but not very hot. No cooling down on the spoon was necessary. Recommend though as service was fast for quicklunch break. Sweet tea is was delightful. Originally gave 3 stars but bumped it to 5! They were on top of a refill and when Ireported the potatoe soup they changed it out and was super friendly!!! Read more
The food here wasn't bad, and I may return in the future, but my colleague and I were not all that impressed by the customer... service. The two employees we dealt with had attitudes that insinuated they were bothered by our presence there, and that wasmore than a little concerning. They did not respond to the general courtesies people share with each-other, and it made us feelless than welcome. I don?t see how this place is still in business with the poor level of service they provide. I placed an order in the app for... pickup for 6:05pm. I arrived at 6:04pm and told the counter person I was there for a pickup. She searched around and didn?t seeit, but didn?t tell me as she proceeded to walk back to the kitchen area. I guess they had to resubmit the order, because itdidn?t come out until 6:20pm based on the order submittal tag attached to the bag. While waiting on my order a few customerscame back to the counter with wrong or incorrect orders. Keep in mind that the dining area was virtually empty with only 4people in line ahead of me waiting on food when I arrived. Read more
