This store is very bad at fulfilling its promise to customers. I've ordered for a very important company event and received a... confirmation delivery time of 11:30 and it's now almost 1:00 p.m. and I still haven't received any information on our order. This is the worst Marcos ever ? the staff is horrible but the owner ?Keno? is even worse . They never answer the phone to take... orders they screw up orders and get mad at the customers when they want it corrected or a refund . I think this location shouldbe shut down permanently. I was ordering for a while because I knew someone who worked there but they both quit so after thatservice declined rapidly . Keno also works kids who are not in the system and doesn?t pay them in also going to report thislocation to the BBB. If I could give them 0 stars I would have . You are better off going elsewhere I have seen employees notwashing hands and he makes rules that he doesn?t abide by! Again HORRIBLE and I actually love Marcos food just not this locationor it?s customer service truly the worse. The worst customer service ever! I arrived to pick up a online order and told the cashier my ticket number. She stated that the... pizza was not ready. So after waiting about 20 mins, she pulls my order which had already been sitting up there getting cold!Also one of the workers was playing in her hair fixing orders! Read more
I went to Marcos pizza on Glenwood Atlanta and I had to wait 20 minutes. They started working on it once I got there and I... ordered online. I asked for NO onions but once they took the pizza out of the oven, they said ?oh sorry I put onions on this?.Next time I go here, I hope their service will be better. Read more

I ordered a delivery from DoorDash and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken, croutons,... mushrooms, greek vinaigrette dressing, and no banana peppers. I got a regular salad with a lot of banana peppers, no grilledchicken, croutons, or mushrooms, and fat free Italian dressing. So basically I paid extra for something that I didn't get.
