The food was DELICIOUS but the closing supervisor I believe- NOT the staff- was not. The closing supervisor on Wednesday... September 28th, 2022 was very upset that several customers ordered during businesses hours, before they closed. It's even builtinto the online website for customers to order up until they close, and be able to place an order after hours for the next day.His anger is misguided. He expressed his concern that "The next time we do that, once 11pm hits(when they close), we will notget our orders because we are closed and no one will be here" and said " Please, do not order during business hours before weclose or you will not get your order once 11pm hits." That is a mistake on his end and he should not treat the customers thatway. Please address this with him. Read more
Had an issue yesterday with my order and Joe made sure to get in contact with me to rectify it. He was such an awesome person... with a welcoming spirit. He was in the store doing everything by himself and still greeted me with a warming smile. Thank you somuch Joe you?re awesome! Read more
Haven't ordered from this location in a few years. It went downhill for a while. Decided to give it a shot again and it was on... point. Ordered pepperoni and green peppers. They do not skimp on the toppings! Friendly staff and good customer service. I willdefinitely be ordering again! Read more
I don?t usually write reviews but honestly my entire experience from ordering on the phone to taking my first bite out of the... pizza was below zero stars. The dude on the phone was very rude, takes my order and hangs up, didn?t even get my name, or atleast say something to initiate hanging up the pone. I usually love macros but this pizza was terribly made and cut. I don?teven think they gave me the correct size. I also had a coupon for in-store purchases and they told me I couldn?t use it becausethey didn?t have a scanner. I ordered on 6/10/22 at 10pm. Read more
Best Marcos ever! We have been coming to this Marcos for years, leaving always with at least 1-2 pizzas in hand. A special call... out to TK! Not only extremely professional (compared to other employees we?ve seen in the past few visits), but takes a lot ofpride in his job. A busy Friday night- working hard- and providing an exceptional customer experience; to us, he deserves abonus! Yummy pizzas with staff always friendly and smiling. They went extra length to accommodate dietary requirements for our bulk... party order and delivered at a very early time(before store hours). I have probably one of the best pizza experiences that I've had in Atlanta at Marco's Pizza. Elias took care of me like family.... He spoke to me about the quality of the pizza and the fact that they want to make sure every customer is happy. I not onlyrecommend this location but will continue to patronize. Great service.
