Best part is the male employee's customer service. There is one guy that's always there and is super friendly and patient... (usually come in with multiple kids). Bad part is they've often been out of my fav which is the strawberry white chocolate chipcookie. And a lot of times they either only have the Coke Icee, or neither at all. They told my teenager to come in for aninterview. We went all the way down only to be told by a woman today that they don't hire 17-yr olds. They should all be awareof the age requirements so that ppl don't waste their time and gas. Cookies are good though. Read more
You can't go wrong here. Tasty cookies, fast and friendly service within walking distance of my home and many tourist... attractions. They also stay open after 7 on most days which is an added bonus in the downtown area where things can close fairlyearly. I say give it a try. We stopped in today for a pick me up after a rough day at Emory. The gentleman working was incredibly kind and accommodating and... super interactive with our little girl. He looked like he really enjoyed the job and chatting with people. I didn't catch hisname but wanted to leave a review as he was so helpful and had a great smile! Read more
The inside of this location isn't the greatest, very outdated looking but the cookies are still great! The employee we spoke... with was very polite and he made sure we had everything we needed. The prices are great and I really enjoyed my cookies. Theytasted fresh which is all that mattered. Read more
