As I... ordered Rasta Pasta thinking I was getting pasta with different meat included because that?s Rasta Pasta BUT I was deliveredwith just a plate of noodles. Don?t let the colors fool you!!!! My 1st and last time I would purchase food from here. I?m going to start with my order... experience. Ordered the food and after about 15min when I saw the third person come in and left with there order I decided toask how long it?s going to take. She asked the chef and came back and mentioned 30 minutes ????. Ma?am I?ve already beenwaiting 15 minutes. About 25 minutes later ???????????: I received my order. The tofu was unrecognizable and had absolutely noflavor to it. I?m not even sure if the chef is Caribbean because the curry flavor was not hitting. I ordered through UBER eats a curry shrimp entree with Mac and cheese. The food that was served was unrecognizable. Not only was... my plate horrible but the condition of the other plates I ordered as well. You could tell the food was old. Never have I seensuch horrible looking food. I couldn?t even put my fork through it. Being that it was inedible, I decided to take the plate backto Mangos where I was told that the ?Owner? of this store told his staff to not replace plates/items and for customers to takeit up with UBER eats. The gentleman in front could not replace our food in fear of losing his job. This is insane to put youremployees in a position where they have to take the blunt of costumers complaints and not be able to correct a situation in fearof losing their jobs. That?s pure greediness from the owner. To hear that a customer could not get her peas and rice replacedfor white rice(which is what she ordered) due to worry about losing money is pathetic. Not only was the way this was handled asurprise but also the condition of the store and their sanitation grade. If I could rate 0 stars I would because this is no waya restaurant should handle this type of situation. I am so sick of this place! I?ve given too many chances! The cashier is the absolute worst. Her attitude is complete garbage and... they really need to hire someone else. The oxtail is 90% fat and it is nowhere near worthy of a $23 price tag. I will never everreturn here again. If you ask for gravy they either don?t give you any or do this.
