Good food but BAD SERVICE: In general, my family and I like the food here. We want the restaurant to be successful but it’s... really challenging tonight for us to recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore. The service has been repetitively bad. Wehave been dining here a few times, and there were always some surprises here and there. For example, one night the bartenderdidn’t show up, so either we choose to drink cocktail made by someone who has no experience, or we drink something else. Whilewe understand the staffing is an issue and we wasn’t hard on this one and still enjoyed the food, the service went to anotherlevel tonight. Besides the slowness of service, one of the cocktail we ordered was obviously missing fresh basil, and it tastedflavorless. And, even we have tried to space out our courses by ordering main courses 10 mins late, we still got salads, appetizers, and main courses all at once. The table simply didn’t have any room for main courses. When we escalated thisissue, no one apologized, and quite on the contrary, the waitress didn’t care how frustrated we were and just wanted astraight answer from us to decide where she can drop our main courses. And it was hardly acceptable for the attitude. Ascustomers, we just want the food to come in order so we can enjoy them at the right temperature and freshness without rushingit, and it was very upsetting for what happened. There are also some other minor things like ‘the waiters talk softly and themusic was loud’, ‘the staffs were not trained enough to know how some cocktails should look like and what beers are in draftwhat are not’, and also like ‘no one asked if food is okay before we finished’. With all the respect, if the service canbe improved, it is a great restaurant for good Italian food. Read more

The food was amazing, servers are great. Live music is nice. Our only issue was being handed a menu that said "ladies night, ... half off apps & cocktails" only to be told after we got the bill that was ONLY at the bar. Read more

We were seated quickly. And our server looked in a rush. I ordered the Risotto of the day, Cajun Charbroiled Chicken. Really... delicious! My spouse got the Penne Chicken Alfredo pasta and it was ok. These 2 dishes came out fast, and I was impressedbecause one of them was a risotto. Another person in my party ordered a calzone, which took 50 minutes to come to the table. And the place was barely empty!! My rating is not because of the food, as it was very good. But to the service! The worstcombination of our server’s lack of attention, and management for opening a restaurant in Atlanta with 1 server taking thewhole restaurant. This could’ve been avoided if our server had the time to come to our table and ask if everything was good;she would have noticed we were missing one dish. Was this our server’s fault? Probably not. It was management’sresponsibility to have more than one staff. I’d recommend this place if you are not that hungry, and are crazing for Italianreally bad. Read more

Wanted to try their wood fired pizza. Stopped in here Sunday night. Stood up front for a hot minute feeling like an idiot not... knowing if I was waiting to be sat or what. Finally had the bartender come take me to a seat. Then I just sat there. Was aboutto get up and leave when someone finally came to the table. I ordered the “ficcocia” and Fri Diavola pizza. The“ficcocia” came out with the pizza. I guess this is their take on ficcocia because putting pizza dough in the oven andcooking it doesn’t make it ficcocia. Can’t say I’ve had saltine cracker ficcocia before. I informed the waitress that Iwasn’t interested in the ficcocia. The pizza was decent. I’ve had their lasagna delivered before and it was good. I’d givetheir pizza another shot but I doubt I’ll order too adventurous and try anything else on the menu. Read more

First time here. The food is really good and the atmosphere is really nice. Some of the seating is in a couch configuration,... some is traditional and some is outside, through the large glass roll up doors. There was live music and the service was prettygood. Read more
