Cold food literally just purchased. And some how they were able to make the rice taste off. How do you even mess up rice?
The food used to be great but now everything is reheated or substandard quality. I had the sweet and sour chicken and the... chicken was more gristle than chicken! Why cut back on the quality to save money? Yeah you made a profit but lost a customer. Nosecond visit! The wife and I used to go every week and now we don't go anymore. We gave them several chances thinking everyonehas bad food now and again but several lousy meals in a row has ended that hope. Time to find a better place! Read more
The lady behind the counter was very impatient and I couldn't understand why. I particularly asked for certain items with my... order willing to pay for everything I ask for. She charged me for my request and did not add it to my order and I discovered itonce I was already in the car. I gave three stars because the place is clean and the food that I did actually get was good. Read more

Since new ownership the customer service has gone to hell. New owner, specifically the woman, shows no appreciation for a valued... customer. Interaction is like a buy and get out presentation. Do not ask for condiments because they are treated as soldseparately. I wanted my money back after dealing with this establishment and the desensitized woman who runs the front end. Read more
This place in the past years the food tasted fresh. Now serving overcooked chicken old rice..very disappointing
Ordered black pepper chicken for a nice, light lunch. I came in expecting something breaded and fried and was pleasantly... surprised by the lighter flavors and preparation. The lunch special was reasonably priced, although the portion wasn't toolarge. Extremely clean space and pretty quick food preparation (though it wasn't busy at all when I went). Read more
I have no idea why ?my? people continue to support these people .. they are rude nasty and cheap .. from ny to the south ..... super super super cheap with condiments ? and will hunt you down to the penny on the order .. forget that this establishment isovercharging crazy then they do in ny for the same meal..
