I was here 2 weeks ago and received outstanding customer service. Today I had an issue with my order. I called 5 times... starting at 10:52 am and no one answered the phone. Once I got to the store I spoke to the manager about the unanswered phonecalls. He told me that he doesn't answer the phones because he doesn't have time. I don't understand how you can operate abusiness without answering customer phone calls. I was given a cold pizza to take home and enjoy by this manager. I wanted to highlight the woman working behind the counter last night(Friday 7/29/22). They were swamped. The kitchen staff was... having trouble keeping up. Lots of orders online as well as in person. A couple of orders were wrong(including ours) and no missno fuss she had the kitchen on it. I don't always eat here, but when I do it's for cheesy bread! I don't like little caesar's pizza itself but that cheesebread is... the bomb. I always get great service when I come in here. I have never had a problem at this location. I never call in, becauseI don't mind the 5-10 minute wait for a fresh order. I've been coming to this location for 6 years and I've never beendisappointed in the cheese bread. It always has plenty of cheese, seasoning, and butttaaaahhhhh. If you go to little Caesarsyou should already have the expectations of quality. It's a 5 dollar hot and ready, they aren't exactly gourmet. They have comea long way in these last few years. They have the online ordering and pick up oven where you scan or enter your code to pick upyour order. I think that's pretty high tech for a little Caesars!
