Ordered classic tonkotsu and was given this with shoyu broth. Was told they were out of the pork broth due to availability... issues. They did offer to make me something else but they should have never sold me this bowl because this is not why I camehere and ordered. I went from 1 star to 2 because they offered to refund my money. This was the BEST Ramen we have ever had!!! The presentation was Beautiful ( check out my pics!!) and it had the Best flavor!!!... I had the Spicy Chicken Ramen( it wasn?t really spicy just bursting with flavor!) and my husband had the Pork Belly Ramen ( Ibelieve they call it the Angry Zuku or something like that!) We sat outside and listened to a wonderful musician sing and playhis guitar!!! It was the Perfect dinner date in the Battery!!!! If you?ve never tried it, I highly recommend!!! It was worth theprice!
