This place was not to bad, area some what clean. There are no public restrooms only for paying customers. Signs all over saying... this, might because of all the homeless people around. I got the philly cheese steak and my friend got the turkey and swiss. Thesweet tea was overwhelming and had to get water. The philly was really tough with a lot of bread, didn't eat it all. The friesare not that bad. There are also signs saying they will not split the bill. So yeah that also. This place is open 24/7 so if youneed to sober up this is your place. Read more
Absolutely love that it was open so late/early... we went there at about 3:30 AM and left at around 5:30. It didn't take long to... be seated however it did take a while for the waiter to get over to the table. Another plus was that they had a full menuavailable so I was able to get salmon and shrimp as opposed to having to order breakfast but my friends were able to getbreakfast. The food was tasty! What a great find! I stumbled across this place because I was stuck in traffic on the freeway. There conveniently was a parking... spot available right in front of the place and I grabbed it! The diner is exactly what you would expect, from the menu to the actual food. I found it to be just fine, but a bit expensive.... Inevitably, you?re paying downtown prices for average food. The service was good and the menu is fairly expansive, but just abit more expensive than it should be. Read more
First time here, good service and the food tasted good. Second time, my bacon wasn?t cooked thoroughly, had to get it back on... the grill. Entered this place a third time and was called a sir due to my low haircut, which I exited and will not ever return. Read more
Do not recommend Landmark Diner to anyone. Terrible food and not a clean place overall. We saw bad reviews but hoped that a few... 5 star reviews were not fake, decided to try our luck as most of the places were closed on December 29. All the 1-star reviewsare 100% true - my statement after visiting this place. During trying to enjoy the soup and salad I found a hair in the saladright in front of the waiter. He looked sorry and left, came back asking if I want a discount- I said of course deductsomething. The guy brought a check with 10% discount for the salad, it was $2.2. I could not ever imagine that manager/owner cantake such a ridiculous decision to please a customer after such a shame - hair in the food! After the question - what is that?The waiter said that the salad was kind of eaten that?s why they applied 10% discount, I would say the plate was around 70% fullbut that is not the point. I paid the bill and tipped the waiter as he was the only person that looked sorry from the staff.Don?t ever go there as they are not worth even a 1/10 of what they charge. First time visit and service was extremely prompt and delicious. The personnel are friendly. I enjoyed my Grecian salad. The... place is clean. At least you can tell by their effort. There is a little bar session near the restrooms. It is definitely agreat place for a late night dinner or after party spot.
