$90 for a two person plate, that's out rages! Staff was awesome, place was clean but the food was lacking flavor. It's like they... just tossed the meats and cooked it and decided to not toss in the spices. My beautiful wife even mentioned how much better mymeat comes out. I'm from Florida and for a dish likes this I have paid $40 tops and the flavors, the presentations of the dishoutstanding. Also that 20% that they take for a none party table, outrages. Living in SoCal and working out in Georgia fairly often, I have always avoided Mexican restaurants asuming everything we had at... home would be much better. I have to say, this place was bomb. The steak was flavored exceptionally well and the sallsa wasdelicious. Our waitress Kiya was great as well, very freindly and made wonderful recomendations. Definitely adding this tothe list of restaurants to frequent when I'm working out this way. The premium margaritas were also delicious with Don JulioReposado. Read more
The service here was absolutely terrible, we asked for extra tortillas and never received them. So we asked for a box instead.... Once she brings us the bill I find out I got charged for the tortillas we never got, and a 20% tip for being a ?large party?. Itwas just my girlfriend and I. So I went to talk to the server about all this and she was getting smart with me. I at least gotrefunded for whatever I didn?t receive in the first place. I guess they charge tips out the bill because they know that nobodywould willingly tip at all for this kind of service. Read more
Place is extremely good service is above and beyond staff are really friendly food is really good the quality of steak is really... good as well this restaurant is one of a couple that those owner have and always that I got to any of them service is reallygood Carlos is a really good person when he is at the restaurant helping their employees attention, quality of food and serviceis a main think to me because In a chain of food industry something like that is missing you miss all. Also thisrestaurant you can do semi parties in there like private events the amazing hots will take you order and accommodate for yourneeds, the plaza where this restaurant is located always you can found more diversities of business most of them dedicated tothe food industry, coming back ti la costilla is really good located. I order a mojarra frita and had no flavor so i return the plate but i still got charge for it and watress was rude about it said... i had to paid for it and there was no manager to solve the problem and also charge me the tip a 20%. Like 22dollars???????????? We had to go look for her everytime we need it drinks. i don't recommend this place to anyone don't wasteyour money here because is not wort it. Went on 3/28/22. They have roaches. They decided to join me and my friend at our table. Wish I would?ve read the reviews first.... Some other people reported roaches. No manager there, nobody knows where the manager is, I called to even follow up and nobodyknows when a manager will ever be there. If you enjoy roaches, feel free to eat here. Read more
You typical average Mexican restaurant. The staff was not very attentive. We came in around 10pm on a Monday night to watch... football. There was almost no one there. Kind of strange. I ordered the steak burrito. It was pretty damn good. And my friendordered a quesadilla. It came with some fries and salad(?). She enjoyed it. We came for the frozen margaritas. Horrible take out experience. By far the worst customer service experience. Tried to call and explain but no help. You can see... the quesadilla is lacking QUESA! And veggies and there?s no shrimp on this slice so think how much shrimp is included for theprice. Not enough of anything. Needs to hire staff who truly can handle English and Hispanic.
