This is a chain I grew up with, one my whole family loved. We would cut up hot chili peppers to eat with the little burgers. ... Perhaps it?s an Asian thing. I still think it?s perfect after hanging out late night with friends, when your body is asking forgrease but you feel too guilty to commit to eating at a greasy spoon. They offer mini burgers here - square beef patties w/grilled onions and one perfect pickle in the middle. The soft buns are heated and soak up that patty juice +flavor. I mean it is Krystal's so with that being said the food was Krystal's. Ordered the sack full combo & was told to pull up for... the order to be brought out. 20 or 30 minutes later the order was brought out. Half of the order was cold & the drinks were allwrong. I have been to almost all of the Krystals in Atlanta and this is probably the best run and cleanest and offers the best... experience. Staff is very friendly professional and quick to get the order out. Burgers were awesome!! Read more
This is about the 349 Cleveland ave restaurant!!!!This was the worst restaurant and staff I have ever encountered! We had just... landed from out of town and wanted some quick food before we checked in our hotel, that is all! We waited 40 minutes at thespeaker box before we could even order! She kept saying (shift change, it will be ten more minutes) she did that 3 times! Whenthey finally realized we were not leaving and the car lines was growing, they finally took our order! Our order was wrong and noone even apologized for the almost hour wait!!!! The only reason I didn?t leave the line is because I didn?t think we would findhot food anywhere else that time of night. Well we would have been better eating gas station food because we said no mustardand it was on everything! My daughter can?t eat mustard and only had the fries! I could probably leave work , drive home , make my lunch and eat it then drive back to work before I got to the window after... ordering at this location.. slow just doesn't describe how slow this place works.. I will never go back to a Krystal fast foodrestaurant again.. mainly because I realized that the typical food handlers at fast food can't possibly care about cleanlinessand proper food handling if they can't even prepare the food in any timely manner.. 3 cars and I sat in line for 30 mins..finally I just pulled out and left as soon as I could squeeze my way out ..
