I would give no stars if I can there was a line out side and a line inside the girl at the front ain?t taking nobody orders and... she?s on the phone in the middle of the shift. They need to shut down Krystal?s in the hood. This girl literally having a wholeconvo and we asking her to get off her phone and service us. Confused I eat at Krystal like 2x a week for 8 years... I haven't been here to this location in a while. I asked for 12 count... cheese no onions. She said they are made with onions all we can do is scrape them off. Now unless they are using the frozen onesat the grocery store they should be made with patties on the flat iron. I came in wanted a sausage bowl they didn't tell me they ran out of grits till I been waiting for at least 30 minutes. So I just... ask can they give me something else instead. Look like the big lady that makes the food don't wear any gloves and she didn'teven wanna give me a apple pie when I was waiting patiently. Then they have so many homeless people in front of the restaurantand at the bus stop. Then couldn't even use the restroom cause somebody took the key to the restroom and I didn't see a grade. They don't pay attention to what you're ordering. I'm allergic to cheese and told them no cheese on the chili dog and what do I... get when I get home? A chili CHEESE dog. Called but got no answer. And a week before this happened, I walked to the location andwent inside. Some girl sitting down eating said we closed. And I'm like Oh OK. I walked out and noticed the sign said diningroom open til 3pm. I looked at the time and it was 215p. So, I left without even ordering anything. Unprofessional. Read more
This was the worst restaurant and staff I have ever encountered! We had just landed from out of town and wanted some quick food... before we checked in our hotel, that is all! We waited 40 minutes at the speaker box before we could even order! She kept saying(shift change, it will be ten more minutes) she did that 3 times! When they finally realized we were not leaving and the carlines was growing, they finally took our order! Our order was wrong and no one even apologized for the almost hour wait!!!! Theonly reason I didn?t leave the line is because I didn?t think we would find hot food anywhere else that time of night. Well wewould have been better eating gas station food because we said no mustard and it was on everything! My daughter can?t eatmustard and only had the fries! 8:15pm, 12/9/22. Pulled up to the drive thru, instead of taking our order, the employee told us to "holda-sec" and argued with... coworker over the intercom. Cussing, talking about drugs. We ordered Tots, paid for Tots. When received order fries in bag and asked to exchange them for the tots, she said they out of tots. Quality of food.. greasy, my stomach bubbling and nauseated.
