I go in the mornings and the Donuts are not Hot. Their staff do not present themselves as professional. Employees eating donuts... while customers are paying in the drive thru? Unacceptable.This morning there was only One staff member working which held upthe line. I didn't have time to wait. I wish Corporate would do something about this Location to make service better. Donuts are fresh, but this place is sketchy. Be mindful of your surroundings. If you come at a certain hour be ready to wait and... put up with some employees that don't seem to want to be working there. Overall the donuts are on point. Read more
I usually don?t leave reviews, but I got to tell ppl about my experience today 9-4-22 at 11:30am .Get to the menu board I sat 10... minutes before someone acknowledge that I was there. I ordered 2 dozen of regular glazed donuts paid 26 dollars and somechange. The cashier was nice but the girl who handed me my 2 dozen caught a whole attitude rolling eyes ,tune up lip and allbecause I ask for a small bag and that seemed to really bother her. We waited in drive-thru as the red light was on yesterday around 7:40PM. Once we reached the order box no one greeted or said... anything. We sat for moments more still no one to our order. We drove to the pay/pickup window and the woman stated we weresupposed to place our order back there.... we explained no one ever came to take our order or say anything. The on-duty manageradvised no add-ons could be placed at the window. I asked ma'am we've been in line 30 minutes no one addressed us. Told us todrive back around and place our order. Didn't even plan to stop by this evening. As my mother is visiting town, she noticed thered light was on. She doesn't get to see much of this living in the north these days. The inside was closed , The drive thru was backed up. After placing the order the cashier said pull up for your total. When I... got to the window he asked what was the order. My passenger repeated the order. The cashier eventually came back to the windowwith part of the order. The holiday box was cute, When asked about the rest he said he didn't hear that do you still want it thepassenger said yes and I handed the card back to the cashier. Another party asked how long will it be now because it's been 15minutes. The cashier said he must think he the only customer we got I'm not dealing with it. The cashier handed the card backabout 3 minutes later. After another 5 minutes I blew the horn to see if he wanted me to pull around in case the next cars orderwas ready as the line was still backed up. The guy came back to the window and said I didn't even take the rest of your order Ijust had the card. Even if the passenger question about the time of service bothered him.
