In town for the weekend so placed an online order with delivery..45 mins later the Delivery driver not them call to tell me they... have NO GLAZED DONUTS !!! WTH? So they will substitute something else and I said okay well needless to say I NEVER GOT ANYDONUTS AT ALL...I called customer service because the location will not answer the phone and I was refunded but that stilldoesn't justify how a Krispy Kreme has no glaze , delivery driver calls while there and then they will not answer the phone ... Just walked over to Krispy Kreme pop up...to order a dozen donuts. Numerous employees in the lot to take orders, one employee... approached me to say that it was "drive up" only, I asked if I could get a dozen donuts - since I was already there. She told meit was "unsafe"...then a security guard wearing pink house shoes approached and told me to leave, long gone are the days offriendly, civilized service. Today is my Dada's (paternal grandfather) birthday and he would have been 87 years old this year! Dada was the superintendent of... public education for all of Delhi, a great father (and grandfather), a poet, an actor and lover of sweets. Where do I start ? with the less then beautiful glaze donut, so Im crushed that fact my donuts looks 3 days old and, the fact I ... called the store and end up on the 1 800 number, end up getting a Dewan to answer which turned out being krisp kreme customer,hetold me could not take the donuts back to the store and that I had to wait 3 days for a free donuts coupon. Made a pickup order and walked for almost half an hour to the store. Once I get there there are no employees present but a... security guard that tells me the place is drive-thru only. I explain that I just came to pick-up my order and he told me that Ineed a car or a scooter. I proceeded to tell him that the website didn't say any of this before I made my order and asked againif I could just pick it up since I was already there barely 50 feet away from the cart.
