If your are looking for fast food service I beg you do not come here. They do not greet you some days they will have you come in... and stand here and even though they can see you waiting it still takes forever for someone to come up front. This was the worst experience I have ever had at kfc. The order taker got the order completely wrong and the team members had... very non chalant attitudes, which tells me management doesn?t gaf. It was a chaotic mess. They are standing around talking toeach other rather than tending to customers. I will go outside and eat grass before I return to this location. Read more
Waited 20 minutes inside and wasn't able to place an order. When I had the audacity to ask if I could order I got a nasty look... from the food preparer I decided to cut my losses and leave. Bonus, I and my children got treated to a constant barrage ofcasual cussing from some of the urban youths in the same predicament. Read more
Been to this location a few times. Food is usually pretty good, but the service is very slow. Even if there are only 2-3 people... ahead of you in line, you should still expect to spend 20+ minutes to get your food. Read more
Worst KFC i have ever ate at, i don't think i will eat here again even if they gave it to me free. The Sweet Tea taste like the... water came straight from the faucet, tasted like chlorine. They don't even give you ketchup for the fries, no honey for thebiscuit. So i decided to order and the cashier didn't know number 6 was the Big Box Combo (3 piece, 2 sides and a drink), evenwhen i kept pointing with my finger and telling her it's the one at the top, wasted time in the line. The KFC next to the airport has a surprisingly good service as other people mentioned. It has a drive thru that has effectively... no waiting time and the staff makes sure they got the correct order. Also the food is very warm and delicious as many othersimilar places in Atlanta cannot have a consistent food quality and service. The only issue is that we received additionalmashed potatoes which we did not order. Read more
I know this is a fast food place, but come on. They have the Worst Service!! My husband and I waited for a long time so someone... could take our order and the employees didn?t even want to look at us. After waiting a reasonable amount of time we walked out.They weren?t even worth an argument. Hood type of attitude. I feel sorry for the owner of this location because it?s gettingrun-down.
