Manager on 10/4/22 was extremely unprofessional. Waited over an hour for a Uber Eats order that never got made (even after the... manager said personally that they would handle it themselves). Poor service not any urgency at all to please the customer chicken was good though after waiting 15minutes to be served and get... it inside of a empty restaurant with 3 cars at the drive through and a closing manger with a terrible personality,demeanor andattitude. She was at the drive through window screaming and talking down to a customer who was at the front inside counterasking why is it taken so long to get service when it was 5 people working and only 3patrons. I was p of the patrons that wasstill waiting to be served. ???? Old National hwy needs a huge overhaul. No paper towels in the bathroom didn't receive napkinsor eating utensils with meal. Ordered and was delivered promptly by Uber Delivery. Order was missing three items. A 8 pc meal was part of order and ONLY the... chicken arrived. No SIDES! No sauces for the popcorn chicken were delivered. Plates where NOT included when requested. Popcornchicken order was 80% Fried Batter nibs instead of actual chicken. The Famous Bowl and 50% empty with zero gravy. Tried callinglocation and of course no one answers on a Monday evening and time goes to voice-mail time and time again. Read more
I arrived at 9:48 p.m., they don't close until 10:30-11, and they lady(glasses,braids/dreads) said that they were out of chicken... tenders, and only serving bone in chicken. I asked for the 5 wing combo instead, and she stated they didn't have that either,and if I wanted it I have to wait 12 minutes. I reluctantly agreed. I paid and pulled forward to wait. After waiting about 5minutes a gentleman employee returning inside asked me what I was holding for. I informed him and he stated wings and tendersare cooked to order after a certain time. I stated that the lady neglected to inform me of this, and if thats the case I preferthe tenders over the wings. He returned inside, and came back minutes later to say the wings were almost done, so they would bebringing those. However I waited another 10 minutes. Ultimately waiting 23 minutes for something I was told 12 minutes. To addinsult to injury the wings weren't fully cooked,, mashed potatoes were cold, and the soda was flat. June 30,2022, The lady that took the order was spectacular. I can only speculate what the cook was saying when he fixed it by... the picture. He had to be saying that they are going to eat it anyway. Wonder what else he does that he says that we aregoing to eat it anyway. Haven't visited this place in a while. Read more
This is their definition of well done, the employees clearly do not take any pride in their job they do not care about the... customers and it shows everytime I eat here, something is unavailable or not working, who does the inventory here? Clearly noone! Honey has been out of stock for weeks. What type of chicken place serves biscuits and don?t have any honey? unfortunately alot of the restaurants on old national are the same and it is sad! Read more
Horrible!! Just Horrible!! First I get there at 11 o?clock and I?m told they will open in 5 minutes when they should have been... open at 10:30. I order 2 piece white, extra crispy with Mac and cheese. I want the tender wraps on the NEW promotion but wastold they didn?t have any tenders.
