The lady at the window was horrible. She had a nasty attitude, she was unsanitary, and provided horrible customer service. She... was coughing and wiped her nose and then tried to pass us our food. There were literally 3 teens under 18 running the store. They were only selling chicken thighs and water or sweet tea. worst experience ever. I will never go again. waited 25 minutes for my food and I can't believe it. My potatoes top was... extremely dirty and it wasn't food. The chicken leg was fried so hard it looked like a party wing. I'm not sure about that otherpiece I'm not sure what it was. I spent nearly 30 bucks. Whoever was on shift today (Nov 20, 2022, around 2:30pm) is way too volatile to be in charge of any shifts, anywhere. Husband... went through the drive-thru, heard nobody respond for a full minute, and when he simply said "hello", some lady exploded on him,yelling "I am working by myself, be patient!" Um?he was literally just checking if anyone was in the building? Could she nothave said "one second, we?re understaffed" or literally anything before losing it?
