The lady at the window was horrible. She had a nasty attitude, she was unsanitary, and provided horrible customer service. She... was coughing and wiped her nose and then tried to pass us our food. Whoever was on shift today (Nov 20, 2022, around 2:30pm) is way too volatile to be in charge of any shifts, anywhere. Husband... went through the drive-thru, heard nobody respond for a full minute, and when he simply said "hello", some lady exploded on him,yelling "I am working by myself, be patient!" Um?he was literally just checking if anyone was in the building? Could she nothave said "one second, we?re understaffed" or literally anything before losing it?
