9/25/2022 I pull up to the drive-thru, ask for Chicken Tenders they said its would be 15 minutes, okay I'll wait and it was a... long line anyway, but they said get out of line and come back, by-the-way at this store is on Cascade Ave, you will have go downthe street trun aound come back, go pass the store trun back then comes back. Okay, back to the drive-thru, I ask for chickentenders, he ask how many I said 8 he said it gonna be about $20 NO!!! This is just the latest incident, there has been others. Today, July 3, 2022 I ordered a #6 (3 piece chicken with 2 sides). I... requested 1 original leg, 1 crispy leg, and 1 thigh with mashed potatoes and fresh fries. I was willing to wait for the frieswhen I was told it would be 3 minutes. I was instructed to pull over and they would bring the meal to me. After ten minutes noone had come out. I went inside to discover they forgot about me. I gave my order again only to be informed they were out ofcrispy chicken legs. I said okay just give me two thighs. I went to the restroom. I came back checked my box quickly (because Ileft my car on) to discover it was original chicken. I again repeated my order and was informed they were out of crispy chicken.They weren?t even going to tell me. I took my bag and left at this point annoyed. I get home 6 minutes away and the chicken isCOLD. The mashed potatoes are missing and the drink is flat. It?s storming so I can?t go back out right now. Ordered 4 pieces of chicken which were all dried out. Fries were dried out also. I will never order from this location again
