Local Neighborhood KFC turned run down and low class? by rude and disrespectful drive thru cashier. Was treated with malice... when I asked for clarity on the new menu board pricing. Managing Partner is so desperate for business that he?s trying tomanipulate me into spending money at the establishment without acknowledging that as a customer, I have a reason to ask aboutnew menu items. I just wasn?t willing to buy anything? because they are out of stock on many items too often and discontinuingneighborhood favorites. This business really sucks and need new management. Read more
I normally visit this kfc a few times during the week. Normally I get the famous bowl and it?s delicious everytime. This visit... the cashier suggested the spicy version of the meal. I decided to try it and opened my bowl to at least a cup of grease sittingon the top. Honestly grossed out. Read more
Normally the food is perfect but on this evening of 11/4/22 at around 8pm I went to get a 12 piece mixed Original and Crispy.... The drive thru cashier told me there were no sides and they will replace with 1 drumstick. I couldn't accept the fact 1drumstick makes up for 3 Large sides that are ordered with my valid coupon. The cashier then responded and said they?ll give me3 thighs to make up for no sides, so I then agreed. When I received the food the cashier said that they were saying it was nothighs at drive through speaker, but I immediately asked why would you say you would give me 3 thighs to make up for no sides atthe speaker? No answer. Perplexing I know. They gave me all crispy chicken and 11 pieces with no biscuits. That was verydisheartening and ti have a young adult to play with my intelligence and not give me what i paid for can really madden you,especially with high inflation prices. No one has $32 to throw away. Thats why I used a coupon in first place. And of course noone is picking up phone although its still business hours and the ride is too far for me to go back. Check your stuff before youleave when dealing with evening shift here at this location. I got nothing I came to KFC for and I love KFC way more thanPopeyes. I only give 1 star in order to comment. This place right here????is not only nasty inside and the food is HORRIBLE! This place... is close by my job and there wasn't any other eatery near to get me back to work on time so I decided to stop in this joint.Hungry and in a hurry, it wasn't until I placed my order is when I noticed the nasty floor and counters behind the cashier'scounter and the constant talking over the food by the employees. The drinks counter was dirty and disgusting so I cancelled thedrink with my order. This is the kicker, even I reached back at work ready to eat my lunch NOT to my surprise the chicken breastwas under cooked, pink in the middle, and very greasy. I trashed it which left me with NO lunch. I did not have the time he toreturn it for a full refund. I will NEVER again patronize the KFC. It should get shut down. Read more
I ordered a chicken pot pie but when I received it there was little to no chicken in it. I brought it to the bonnet wearing,... toothless Manager's attention and she was extremely rude. She said that she sees a lot of chicken in it. She would not exchangeit or give a refund. I suggested they retrain her on how to satisfy the customer! I will never return ever again! Read more

I go here alot when I'm in the area. Nice people and the food is always cook fresh. Some people just come in want to find... things to complain about, but I never hear complaints about the quality of the food. Is a missing piece of chicken orsomething very minor. But it's funny. The way some people react. Like you just murdered their puppy or something. Anyway, this KFC is really good food. Not perfect people. They make mistakes sometimes. But is GOOD people and GOODfood. How do u run out of chicken when thats all you really sell. Also why can a person never get fresh chicken when asked and told... y'all it's ok to lie to customers you do know it's because of the customer you have a job. Stop lying about when the chickencomes up or change your grease more than you do so a customer believes that the dark dried out chicken might really befresh...fool me than to lie to me I might accept that better.
