I went in around 7pm on a Monday. I ordered a smoothie and waited apx 5 minutes before someone even started to make the... smoothie. Did I mention I was the only customer in the store at the time? I found this to be disrespectful to my time andrequested a refund. The associate then told me "I don't know how to process refunds" and she proceeded to call her manager. Hermanger told me the refund couldn't be processed until tomorrow. Is that even legal? I left with no product and no refundreceipt. This business has been established too long for this mediocre service. Do better. Read more

While the food here is delicious and one of the only healthy options for me to grab a healthy lunch and breakfast.The customer... service and treatment from staff is so below the bar. I probably spend $60+ here weekly. I have spoken to the store managerpersonally about the attitude of the staff. Upon my last visit the cashier told me to have a seat and that she would bring myfood to me?.(this was Likely because the owner was right behind her) as soon as her boss left I sat there for over 20 minutesafter my food was ready expecting her to bring it over, I went to the counter only to find out my food was just sitting there.Staff doesn?t smile, they will ignore you. Good healthy food and friendly staff. They have a number of gluten free options clearly marked if you need GF food. They have GF... wraps and I was also told that more of the salads could be made gluten free as well. I had the Chicken Pesto Wrap with GF wrapand it was very good.
