Love Kale Me Crazy and order a lot. Since ordering by the Kale Me Crazy app powered by their chow now, there's been a lot of... issues with this location. Drinks are missing, food is missing. The issue as well with unlike door dash you have to email chownow. The location manager has to reach out to you and do a refund. In addition, they suggest and ask you use their app to saverestaurants on fees. Honestly don't see the benefit of the hassle and challenges I had with this restaurant. At this rate, I'mdef. Switching to Doordash for the convenience of support for order issues. Not having to email ChowNow Support and wait forChase (Location Manager) to reach out. This is unfortunately the last time I comeback here. I love this place and the smoothies are wonderful. Although I had the worst... customer service experience ever. I came today around 7pm and the employee that approached me did not say anything to me. I hadto tell her what I wanted, she took down the order on the register and just walked out to the back without saying anything. Ihad to ring myself up at the register and give myself my own receipt. I sat down by the waiting area to wait for the smoothie,and the same employee slammed the smoothie on the counter and walked to the kitchen again without saying. I did not say anythingto the employee that would upset her. She just seemed very upset that I walked in. I USE TO truly love this place and thequality of the smoothies are great but let?s be honest the smoothies here are not cheap and the quality of the service Ireceived today does not go hand in hand. My girlfriend and me have passed this Kale Me Crazy a bunch and didn't give it a try it last July. We are loves of smoothies and... want to try their out to see if it was as natural as they say it and it was. I tried the Super Matcha and it tasted great. Thekey factors which many them stand out from their competitors is they are clear about what goes in it each smoothie, the price,and you can watch them put only fresh ingredients in your smoothie. My girlfriend got a beet juice called the Beet-L-Juice andit was definitely all natural not added sugar I could tell from trying it myself it was all healthy. I definitely will bereturning to try at least one of their other smoothies and maybe another one of the juices. Also I will return to try some oftheir food options too.
