I was just at the Stockbridge fall festival this weekend and ordered food from the Just Loafin food truck. My order was two... orders of chicken and sausage jambalaya. I received my order and once I took a look at it. What I had was 2 orders of mushyrice with absolutely no chicken and maybe 3-4 small amounts of sausage. I returned my order to the food truck. The gentlemanstated I would have to come back and I said we are about to leave. He said well you need to come back and I asked why? Thegentleman stated he did not know how to do a refund. I stated it?s squared as far as the payment method they use you can justpress the refund button. Then he stated well I?m not gonna give you a refund and we don?t do refunds.
